A real favorite! Manuella's home is decorated with great taste, every detail is thoughtfully designed. We immediately felt good there, like at home. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. An address that we recommend without hesitation – thank you again Manuella!

This accommodation is a real rare gem: we highly recommend it and will return with great pleasure. Accommodation even more spacious than we imagined through the photos. Very well furnished and equipped, the pool is very pleasant and the different dining and relaxation areas are very friendly and warm. A timeless private space: ideal for recharging. The host is responsive and gives very good advice, which allowed us to easily schedule our activities and discover other gems in Noirmoutier.

The house is perfect, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and really impeccably clean (I'm a cleanliness maniac, so I can attest to that😁). We were very well received by Yolaine (concierge), the instructions were clear. The scorching temperatures of this month of June allowed us to enjoy the pool! The neighborhood is ultra quiet and for having toured the island by bike it is by far our favorite, ideally located between the port and Noirmoutier in the island for shops and entertainment. A small supermarket and a very nice restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. The nearby beach is also great. We'll be happy to go back😊!

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

Another beautiful extended weekend with the family in the Marais, where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. It is with great pleasure that we have returned and will return again.

Another year, another unforgettable stay at La Cana. We absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning ocean views, and the swing that keeps the kids entertained for hours. The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to unwind. David is a fantastic host—always responsive, though we rarely needed to reach out since the home is so well-equipped and the instructions are clear and thorough. Thank you very much to Sonia for her welcome, the little maisonette was impeccable, very well-located and fully equipped. We stayed there at 4 including a 6-month-old baby, and a cat. We had a lovely week on the island of Noirmoutier despite the changing weather. The cottage is equipped with games for children, to the delight of my 3 year old daughter. We recommend 100%.

Charlotte's accommodation is a small cocoon that we left with regret. Quiet but close to all amenities within walking distance, very clean, very well furnished, cozy, in short, you feel very good and Charlotte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Very good stay at Françoise's, on this weekend of the ascension. The accommodation is pleasant, well located (close to the beach and shops by bike), and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the terrace in the evening, which was very nice after a dip in the water. Françoise was friendly and accommodating, thank you for the welcome!

Great week in this comfortable house, with neat decor and very well equipped. We were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the ideal location close to shops on foot and restaurants recommended by our host and the beaches, 10 minutes by bike. Perfect for a family, we loved it!

Everything was perfect!!! A cancellation allowed us to enjoy Valerie's house during the Pentecost weekend, how lucky for us! The house is ideally located, clean, cozy and very well equipped, an ideal base to enjoy the beautiful island of Noirmoutier. Absolutely perfect stay, very nice house and ideally located, paradise. We recommend 100%. Only downside (important), the glasses are plastic 😨😳 This improvement is really necessary for everything to be perfect 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Especially for lovers of good wine. It's the rental game, but careful users will be happy.

A short "mother-daughter" stay allowed us to enjoy Brice's place, for 3 nights . We were very kindly hosted by her mom who provided us with the necessary information. This property adjoining the owner's house is however totally independent and has 2 private terraces. Intended for 2 people it is modern spacious, bright, quiet, everything is provided for a pleasant stay, moreover the location is 1/4 hour walk from the center of La Baule, bicycles are even available . Brice is a caring person with her tenants, all in kindness. I hope to come back and recommend it.
