Cet appartement est situé à Sainte Marie sur mer, au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison, avec un jardinet indépendant. Dans une ambiance chaleureuse et confortable, vous trouverez une pièce de vie de 30m2, une chambre non close de 15m2 et une salle d eau. Notre appartement classé ** a été rénové en 2020. Il est situé à 30 mètres de la plage du Porteau, 1,2km de Sainte marie sur mer et 3 km de Pornic. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture sur le parking de la plage, situé devant la maison.

Maisonnette de 30 mètre carré (SANS jardin). Proche de la plage de la résistance, dans le petit village du vieil situé à Noirmoutier. Bien lire le descriptif de l'annonce pour éviter les surprises . L'arrivée se fait librement avec une boîte à clé,le code vous sera envoyé quelques jours avant l'arrivée. Pour rappel il s'agit d'une maison à proximité d'une plage sur une île ( sable,vent). Malgré un ménage fait à chaque départ, il peut y avoir toujours un peu de sable.
