In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

The hillside house of Château Mazeris is a peaceful place on the heights of Fronsadais amid vineyards. It was completely renovated this year so you can enjoy a magnificent view, moments of relaxation and conviviality thanks to its large terrace, swimming pool and pétanque court. The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.
