Great host, great house with a bunch of fun things to do walking distance. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be booking again!

We had a great stay. We were up for an Adelphi graduation. This was a great location close to the school and the LIRR station. Very nice house with a great back yard and deck for hanging out.

My mom and I had a great time at the cottage. It allowed us to slow down and be immersed in nature, coming from the city. I loved eating meals on the front deck and having my morning coffee on the sun roof, listening to the ocean. The neighbor, Bart was very warm with us. The cottage is a glamping experience. It has some modern conveniences, but you do feel you’re in the sticks. We went early in the summer season before the mosquitos are unruly. I did kill a tick in the house at one point which was alarming, so it’s important to know you’re a notch above camping when staying at the cottage so you can decide your comfort levels. I don’t think my old mom could come again, but I would! Robert was very kind and communicative throughout. The cottage has so much history and is a way of life. I watched a video of the original owner, Maia (Robert’s mom) doing yoga on the deck at 95 years old. It brought me to tears! Maia seemed kind and like she’d want everyone to come enjoy “beach living.”

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

Nice place used for a wedding at New Hyde Park. Easy to access and well connected.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The living space is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bedrooms were cozy, clean, and plush—perfect for restful nights after days spent exploring the beach or lounging in the sun. Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk from the house—pristine, quiet, and ideal for swimming, strolling, or simply soaking up the sun. Had a wonderful stay at Manuel’s place. He put a lot of hard work into his home and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. And plenty of spacious private parking.. a huge plus for Long Beach!! Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!!

Rob’s place is very comfy with all the little things you could wish for. He even left snacks. The downstairs apartment is very private. His description was very accurate, with a mild smell of mold that clear out after starting the AC and air filter. I’m allergic to mold and had no problems. I would gladly stay again.

Gabby’s apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location. Very close to Stoney Brook Village. We enjoyed walking to get our morning coffee. The apartment was very well stocked and spotless. Gabby thought of everything we could have possibly needed. We hope to be back next year!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. The pool was a massive bonus for sure! Comms with David were great, he was very quick to respond at all times on any queries we had, much appreciated indeed. Many thanks again, Rich

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

We loved our stay in Bellport. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is ideal and we were very happy with everything. Beautifully decorated and the record player was my favorite touch. Very responsive host and perfect setup for our family. We can’t wait to return.

Loved the place and had a very comfortable stay. Place : Beautiful location, so convenient to travel to any part of New York. The path station is 5 min walk. Services : very good. The check in, stay and overall experience was super. The apartment was neat, clean and had all the amenities required. The Harrison urby services were remarkable. We had some minor issue with our bathroom a bit late in the night and they had it fixed in 30 min. The host was very accommodating, we had a later flight and they allowed us to check out 2 hrs late. Most importantly we forgot our smart watch and they called us the same evening for us to pick this up. Around: There is Harrison plaza near buy where you have Wallgreen, Wendy and grocery shops etc. You can get anything you need quickly. Great food options Italian. Korean. Mediterranean. There are some restaurants within the urby location also, nice cafe. Overall would recommend this place. I will definitely go again next time I visit.

We stayed one night to see a show at Jones Beach. Everything was as promised, lovely accommodations, easy to work with host, and close to anything we needed. Would stay again in this comfy apartment.

It was a great place to stay . Our family was so happy staying at the place. There’s no complaints getting there or even in the house. Very affordable too. We can definitely recommend you to staying here metro is near to go downtown.

Super clean and cute. Upgrades galore. From the bathroom sink to the shower design it was really pretty. Easily temperature controlled and I felt safe in the location too. Private yard space was perfect and walking distance to mamas delicious food. Definitely recommend for a couple or one traveler. Felt like home away from home for a few days.

Had a wonderful weekend away from the city in Long Beach. Airbnb was in a quiet area close to the beach and easy to get to the LIRR & west end. Jenna was super kind and responsive. We will be back!
