My room was very comfortable and functionally furnished! Having a personal sink in a shared bathroom is a big plus for convenience. The second common bathroom downstairs is a huge peace of mind! Street parking is safe and convenient. Sal and Chelsea are fantastic hosts! They are detailed, considerate, respectful, and very caring of the guests' needs and accommodating of unexpected situations! I hope this place will be available when I return to So Cal next time.

We had a fabulous stay. Clean and comfortable! We were within walking distance to everything we wanted. We were thankful for the beach chairs, beach blanket and cooler that was available at the Airbnb. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud especially in the morning.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was super clean, peaceful, and located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Joan was an incredibly friendly and warm host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home with a lovely welcome and some great conversation. The thoughtful complimentary items were a nice touch, and her hospitality truly stood out. Joan is a wonderful human being, and we even shared a few memorable stories during my stay. I highly recommend staying here—whether it’s for the comfort, the cleanliness, or just to meet someone as kind as Joan. I’d definitely love to come back!
