Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

Denney was very helpful, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. His place is super clean with lots of linens available, all of the amenities such as dishes, silverware, pots & pans and furninshings were top notch. I have stayed in quite a few places through Airbnb and the towels and linens at Denney's were exceptional, all new, plentiful and matching, not just a jumble of leftovers from the back of someone's linen closet. Although an older unit, it was completely updated and the furniture and decor were very nice and uncluttered. It was a very nice condo to stay in and close to everything and place we needed to be during our stay.

We stayed here with two children to relax after a couple of days at Disneyland. The place had everything we needed to do just that. You could tell a lot of thought has gone into making the condo cozy, clean, and comfortable - a home away from home. I’ve never met an Airbnb host, but we were lucky to meet Shawn and Megan and they were extremely pleasant and hospitable, helping us with local recommendations. Our learning was that with small children, we would rent a vehicle next time for getting around as the location is definitely walkable/bikeable to Main Street, but the beach is about a mile down, and well, our kids were tired from Disneyland! There are also things to do across the area that are more driving distance. All in all, a lovely location for our stay and we look forward to visiting again some time!

Carly’s place was perfect. Clean, just like the photos maybe better, updated kitchen, tvs in every room, kids basket of toys and nice decor. It was a welcome retreat when we needed it. Comfortable master bed, cute little playground, nice pool, easy walk to Target. Nice woman living in the downstairs portion with the shared garage. You still have a private door upstairs and space. Highly recommend!!

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Great stay! Definitely recommend, stayed here alongside my family and it was more than I could ask for. We felt right at home it was so peaceful. It was a bit of an incline walk but doable. Super close to main walkway at Avalon and very private. Would book again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy's home . Strange to have no disposal. Would very much have enjoyed having more TV channels, especially FOX news.

Dave’s apartment was everything we were looking for to make our family trip memorable! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. He was so kind and communicative, made us feel very welcome. Location was a bonus, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to all things Westwood. Thank you for a great experience, will be back soon!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! We are definitely going to return here next time we go to Disneyland! The location and size are an amazing value. We were so impressed with the extra amenities for our baby (pack and play, high chair, baby gates) and for ourselves (plenty of extra outlets/surge protectors, lots of towels including makeup cloths). The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean with everything was clearly labeled (light switches, wifi code, cabinet contents, etc.). We would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for proximity to Disneyland, good amenities, and great host communication.

My family stayed at Krysta’s home for nights during our trip to Disneyland. Krysta was super responsive and proactive in her communications. She reached out ahead of the time to help arrange our arrival and was there to help us settle in. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was very clean! The neighborhood was clean and safe, with a children’s playground just right outside. The drive to Disneyland parks and disney downtown area was only 10 minutes and super easy. I highly recommend Krysta and her home to anyone looking to visit Disney!
