Kyle was extremely responsive, the place was fabulous, clean, comfortable and quiet, the pool was clean and comfortable. The Bungalow is just minutes to all Siesta Key has to offer, can’t wait to go back!!!!!

This place is old Florida charm but updated. Very comfortable and clean. There are not a lot of places left like this to stay at. I loved the location. It’s an easy walk to St. Armand’s to shop, eat or have a drink. People were very friendly when we sat around the pool and we enjoyed their company. Would highly recommend this place but would like to keep it for myself. Thanks to Karl for being a great host. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Escape to the newly updated Lido Beach Retreat,

We loved this condo! Not only was it extremely clean, it had everything we needed (loved the included wagon, brand new Tommy Bahama chairs). The sofa bed was pretty comfortable. It looked newly renovated. We also loved the location. Literally behind St Armand’s circle, and a short walk to Lido Beach. Communication was great, they took care of anything we needed. Would definitely book here again!

The condo was immaculate and updated. We've stayed in condos at this location before and this condo is our favorite. Pristine conditions, beautiful interior and David is a fabulous host. We will definitely stay here again. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

Lido Beach/St. Armands Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Emily and Doug’s place. We hope to stay again next summer. The condo was clean, easy to access, and quiet. The location is great as it is walking distance to St. Armound circle and Lido beach. It was a 3-5 minute drive to Sarasota Youth Sailing camp and Mote Aquarium’s current location. The parking spot was tight due to its proximity to the store dumpster and an SUV. But, the parking is covered and included-so really a win all around.

The home on St Armand Circle is fantastic and has even had some upgrades since we rented the property last year. The location is amazing, being less than 5 minutes from all the bars and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from the beach and easy to get to Longboat Key, Downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. the property itself is very well set out with three double bedrooms and three big bathrooms, perfect if staying as a family or group of friends. The kitchen is excellent with a big fridge that has an ice/water dispenser which is great in the Florida weather. The real star of the show is the heated pool however which is great and makes the house a real indoor/outdoor property.

Staying at Camille's place was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, Camille went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless; she responded promptly to all our queries and provided detailed instructions that made check-in a breeze.The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camille's attention to detail was evident in every corner of the space, from the cozy bed linens to the well-stocked kitchenette. The day we left Camille's place, our flight was canceled like many others. Camille texted us immediately, and told us to come back to her place if we don't have anywhere to stay do to the chaos at the airport. That was beyond our expectations. Overall, Camille is not just a host but a true hospitality professional. Her warmth and genuine care for her guests make her place a standout choice for anyone visiting the area.We can't wait to come back and stay with Camille.

We had a great spring break week with our school age children. We rode the trolly to St Armonds for dinner one night, went swimming in the community pool, and of course went to the beach every day. Really appreciated the extras included at the condo - the beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and wagon to cart everything came in super handy. The condo was older but VERY clean and tidy. It’s difficult keeping a home on the beach clean because of the salt and sand so I was really impressed with the cleanliness.
