very equipped. something complicated when arriving by the method they have access but once you get in, everything arranged. very good communication. they also have rental motorbikes at an adjusted price. they took the motorcycle to the door and gave me a lot of facilities.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

They did their best to support me, and I asked for additional things, and they proceeded right away~~I'll come back next time

I was so satisfied with the accommodation I stayed in Da Nang, and the communication was fast and everything was perfect. The host's kindness made the traveler's heart comfortable. The condition of the accommodation was the best, and I intend to visit again next time. And one thing I would like to see is a safe in every room.

Nguyen is truly a super host. There was typhoon wutip in Vietnam when we visited her place and many places in Danang had flooded including her own home but she was at the AirBnB with her husband cleaning water for us. They both are true gem of hosts and their villa is just awesomely beautiful. We would love to visit her places once more when there is not so much rain to enjoy Danang and their hospitality once again surely.

I was very surprised by the price of this house because it is a high-end and comfortable accommodation. Additionally, its location is very good as it is within walking distance to shops and My Khe Beach. I really like this place. Thank you Mr. Thao for welcoming me warmly, you're a kind host.

Host is nice and responsible. Bed rooms, bath rooms and living rooms are clean and comfortable. Worth to stay with small group of friends. Recommended :-)

The accommodation is perfect. It's right next to the airport, so you can also walk. The downside is that it's absolutely not possible if you don't take a taxi. There's a small grocery store near the accommodation, but you have to buy it in advance. It closes early. Sometimes I'm late to reply. There is a small supermarket on the right side of the front of the accommodation. There is a small supermarket on the right side about 30 meters up the front, and the young president and lady's house, which is very friendly to the small restaurant on the right, open the door at 11 o'clock, and they don't sell alcohol, but you can buy them. You can order all three simple yogi menus, and even if you order a collar, the rice noodle restaurant is delicious if you go a little further. The accommodation is on the right, and the hop restaurant hop restaurant on the left is only in the evening. It's open, but the hot place in the neighborhood itself is cheap and doesn't speak English, but it's not a scary friendly neighborhood. It's not an accommodation right, but people are nice and friendly. If you look at the Dongnae wheel, there's also a massage. I was on a dawn plane, so I checked out on the last day, rented for 12 hours, went to see it later, and got off at the airport at 11 o'clock. Borrow 16 seats unconditionally. I had a good time. Even if there was construction nearby, it was soundproof, so it wasn't noisy.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The view of the living room and master bedroom was so nice, and there were so many marts and restaurants on the first floor of the apartment, so it was very convenient. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location even in the Hyatt, but it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was a great addition! The swimming pool is nearby, and the playground is connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really friendly, and he responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience ~ I'm going to book here again next time! ^ ^

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).
