Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung genießen unsere Gäste von früh bis spät Sonne.

Alpine Chalet Hohe Tauern

Diese exklusive, neu errichtete Ferienwohnung (Baujahr 2017) ist Teil des Alpin Park Matrei und liegt direkt im Ortszentrum. Komplett ausgestattet bietet das Appartement modernen Komfort für höchste Ansprüche und Platz für 4 Personen. Es verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn-/ Essbereich, eine große Terrasse und 2 Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei Duschbäder. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist direkt mit dem Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz zu erreichen. Im Sommer beheizter Außenpool.

A building made entirely of wood, both inside and out. A spacious, bridge-like entrance is the only connection to the seemingly floating building. The wood-burning stove with optional hob complements the kitchen and spreads cosy warmth throughout the house. The expansive table comfortably seats 6-8 people. The gigantic panoramic window with sunbathing area on the mezzanine creates a bridge to the surrounding nature. A feeling of being outside with the comfort of being inside.

House Waltraud in Tyrol (7 Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms)

The whole house will be rented only for you and the owner doesn't live in the house. The House Waltraud is ideal for summer /winter vacation (only 5 minutes from Ski Center St. Jakob) with family and friends, as it can accommodate up to 19 people. There are 7 bedrooms some of them with kitchen. All rooms have private bathroom. The house is set in the midst of the Hohe Tauern National Park in Defereggental Valley at 1400 metres above sea level in East Tyrol.

Heiligenblut is accessible via the High Alpine Road in summer and is a wonderful place for hiking, climbing, and much more. A supermarket is about 5 minutes away.
