Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Set in stunning garden near world famous picturesque village and Collegiate of La Romieu (restaurants, shops). The cottage and studio flat (Green room) are charming and beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality bed linen, crockery and cutlery. Fully functional kitchens, washmachines, BBQ for your comfort along with wifi and smart TVs programable for netflix etc.

Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.
