Chalet holiday rentals in L'Île-d'Orléans Regional County Municipality

We had a very pleasant time at Daniel's house, which I had rented to celebrate an important birthday with friends. The house is spacious and perfectly equipped. We were able to cook and serve dishes for several people without having to worry about whether or not there was enough tableware! The rooms are cozy. The large dining room was ideal for group dining or board games, and there were enough rooms for smaller group discussions. The living room with the fireplace is perfect for quiet conversation or reading. The house is located on a large plot, very pleasant when the sun comes out! The immediate environment (Château-Richer with an excellent pastry shop) added to the experience. Finally, Daniel is a thoughtful and attentive host: he provided us with clear instructions and responded quickly to our requests. In short, a very beautiful experience!

A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation in an exceptional environment

Very well located for going to Jacques Cartier Park and Camp Mercier. Pleasant and well-equipped cottage. (Small downside for sensitive ears, heating is a little noisy) Nice walk to the maple grove. As we rarely rent cottages, is it customary to have to strip the beds and take out all the garbage despite a $140 cleaning fee? I'd go back of course! Thanks!

Great place to relax and contemplate the view! Me and my girlfriend loved relaxing in the spa and enjoying nature in its beautiful super tranquil cottage. It was super clean too! Thank you very much to Alain and Diane who were super kind and very quick to respond to us at all times!

Everything was great except for the pillows which were not great and one of the beds not comfortable.

The cottage we rented was truly a delightful experience for the weekend. Its scenic views provided a stunning backdrop for our relaxing getaway. We were particularly impressed by the abundance of space, which allowed us to spread out comfortably. The overall atmosphere was inviting, and the cottage exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this lovely place for a peaceful retreat.

This was a great place for my team to stay for a work meeting in Quebec City. It was easy to get too, peaceful, and very accommodating. We had no issues at all and would love to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay in Charlevoix! New house, plenty of space, very comfortable, pleasant decor, fully equipped, including spa and Napoleon grill. The only downside for those who may be concerned: the outdoor respondent (spa and deck) is not total, since the neighboring spa and deck are partly visible (and vice versa of course).

I absolutely loved my stay at Maxime's Place! The house is beautiful—every detail is charming and thoughtfully done. It has such a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. Beautiful stay, nothing more to say, quiet and peaceful place!

We stayed on Patriots' weekend. Despite a bleak temperature, we had a lovely stay. The different spaces are spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 teenagers to find their account very comfortably. The listing description was consistent with what we found on site. The spa was well maintained. There are some great extras

This cabin was exactly what we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful and exactly what i expected. It is rustic but if you are the typer of person who would want to stay in a cabin in the woods instead of a 4 diamond hotel you will think this is perfect. We went swimming in the freezing cold lake every evening and have some amazing photos of us jumping off the dock into the late sunset. We also went white water rafting at Expedition Nouvelle Vague which is 10 minutes away and part of why we chose this place. There is an amazing pastry shop 5 minutes away towards town where we got to go lunch and desserts and brought back to eat on the porch several days. We skipped one of our mornings in quebec city to just chill on the cabin front porch and watch the rain. The teenager loved the whole loft to himself although in summer the sun comes up crazy early. Teenagers and sunrises are mortal enemies so he had to adjust. We are a family of 3 from the US who like outdoor adventures and swimming.

Romain’s cottage is perfect! It’s just like the pictures. The area is stunning with a private lake for the various cottages on the property. Even though there are other cottages around you it feels very private. The hot tub on the porch was great for the cooler nights as well. There isn’t a lot in the kitchen if you’re planning on cooking (we weren’t) and it is true that the bedroom ceilings are low around the bed but it’s manageable and well worth the money for the location and house itself. Also, there is no reception once you start getting close to the entrance of the property so I recommend saving the instructions to find and enter the cottage beforehand. We were visiting to mountain bike so being so close to so many great trails with a relaxing and clean cottage to come home to was just what we wanted :) Thanks Romaine and Chantal!

This place was exactly what we wanted and needed. A genuine little cabin directly on the water with all the necessities you need without clutter. Clean, charming and peaceful, this lovely wood log home and its neighbouring houses are located on a very quiet lake surrounded by acres of virgin wood land. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning, the lake view from the living room, bbq lunch outdoors and relaxing rides on the water. The host, Frederic, is very responsive and helpful. We had a beautiful family weekend.

We had an amazing stay. The place was very clean and had plenty to keep the children entertained. There were groceries and a few restaurants within about a 15 minute drive. It was perfect for exploring Québec City and Parc national de la Jacques‑Cartier.

Only one night but perfect... a quiet little corner of paradise with a very beautiful view of the lake
