Spacious apartment perfect for families on a trip to the Zoo – only 5 minutes away by car! The apartment has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and hallway. It is also possible to add extra beds if needed. Only 1 km to the lake, restaurant and pub. Quiet and child-friendly area with good sun conditions and balcony with barbecue. 15 min to Kristiansand and 10 min to Lillesand. The beds include freshly made beds with bed linen and towels. 2x 150 double beds - 1x 120 double bed and 3 single inflatable beds.

Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

1. etasje til leie i i et arkitekttegnet hus fra 2021. Størrelsen er på 120 m2, med stor stue, kjøkken, bad og 3 soverom. Egen privat terrasse og stor hage tilgjengelig. Parkering for 1 bil. Boligen ligger nær en vakker sandstrand ved Tingsaker Familiecamping. Det er en kort gåtur til Lillesand sentrum og flotte turområder. En elv renner ved huset, hvor man kan fiske. Dyreparken ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur unna. Til Grimstad og Kristiansand sentrum tar det under 30 minutter med bil.

Velkommen! Gården ligger lunt mellom knauser og trær - med en kjempehage og brygge med badeplass nedenfor. Nyt skjærgården i Blindleia - roen i den lune hagen - eller alt det gøye å gjøre der som: frisbeegolf bane m 3 kurv, bordtennis, biljard, volleyball, trampoline, cricket, badminton, fotball, dart mm. Der er tre joller til utlån for båtvante folk. (16 fot m 25hk og 12 fot m 5hk. dep kr 1.500), samt liten jolle 9 fot. Tre kajakker. 2 el-bil ladere. STRØM og ved betales i tillegg.

Funkishus in Kaldvellfjorden

Funkishus i Lillesand med gangavstand til sjøen og ferskvann. Turområdet i Kaldvell er godt utbredt, en tur til dagsturhytta Kniben kan anbefales. En kort kjøretur inn til byens sentrum eller en tur til senteret som ligger 5 minutter unna i bil. En tur til Kristiansand Dyrepark tar 15 minutter i bil. Anbefales å kjøre dit tidlig på morgenen i høysesong, da parkeringen blir fort fylt opp. Lillesand sentrum ligger 4,5km unna og er verdt et besøk. Ta badebåden ut til Saltholmen Fyr ☀️

This beautiful, quiet cabin is located at Justøya, a ten minutes drive from Lillesand and 20 minutes from Dyreparken Zoo. Located on the top of a hill with a panoramic ocean view from the living room and terrace. The island has lots of hiking paths, beautiful nature and nice surrounding islands to visit by boat. The cabin sleeps up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms, two toilets, one bathroom and an outside shower. There is also a badminton field and bicycles that guests can use.

The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Charming "boathouse" with private pier

Boathouse in the beautiful archipelago of Blindleia in Lillesand. It's a small wooden house with outside patio and its own pier and diving board. Enjoy the sun, take a swim or try to catch some fish for dinner. You can fish from the pier and quite easily get fish like cod, mackerel and pollack. The sea trout is a bit more troublesome but it's possible even that.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet midt i sentrum av Lillesand. Gå avstand til mange fine restauranter og sjøen. Kun 15 minutters kjøretur fra Kristiansand Dyrepark. Huset er gammelt og vil fremstå med skjeve gulv og ikke moderne. Huset er bebodd hele året og vil inneholde private ting.
