The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa to relax in. While the sun is enjoyed, children can play in the garden with lawn, trampoline and sandbox. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe to keep some order. The sofa in the living room sleeps 2 children, but the self-inflating double bed is probably more fun! Very unique accommodation in Lillesand city center🤎 in a modern furnished brewery house in timber from 1830 🤎 decorated in a comfortable style. Private entrance with key box on the outside so it's easy to check in and out yourself. The accommodation has a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen wall, small dining table, lovely sofa beds 160 cm and 90 cm beds with spring mattress of the best quality. So here you really get the hotel feeling. Perfect for 3 people, in the bathroom there is also a 4th bed.

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. There are good parking facilities at the entrance in addition to the carport. It takes 5 minutes by car to Birkeland city center. There you will find bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Birkeland is known for its nice hiking trails for the whole family. Salmon fishing in Tovdalselva is also possible during the season. It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo by car, 14 minutes to the southern town of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.

Private swimming area and rock with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going to Sørlandsbesøk or to the Zoo, this is an excellent option.
