Idéal pour une pause en famille ou pour un séjour professionnel. A 10 min de Villefranche-sur-Saône (centre ville piéton le plus dynamique de France ) A 30 min de Lyon.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

This building, classified as "Heritage to Preserve" dating from 1815, awaits you for a quiet stay. In the heart of the villages of the Golden Stones, you will stay in a renovated and comfortable accommodation next to the owners' home. Old renovated wine cellar with open spaces with cathedral ceiling, beams and exposed stones.

On the ground floor, a 50 m² kitchen and living room open onto a 30 m² tree-lined terrace with a jacuzzi (available March to September). The property includes 3 bedrooms: Ground floor: 1 double bedroom (10 m²), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (20 m²). Come and relax in the 2nd oldest house in the village dating from 1635, unique and quiet refurbished accommodation in the heart of the golden stones 10 minutes from Villefranche-Sur-Saône and 40 minutes from Lyon. The house was built by a lord of the Order of the Knights of Malta in the 17th century to build his own village. A private outdoor area is at your disposal with deckchairs, table, chairs and barbecue by reservation (provide your charcoal).

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

La Grange Coton is a former hay barn, renovated into comfortable accommodation, which combines the charm of an old listed building, warm decoration, in the heart of the historic center of the town of Anse. It has all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the train station and close to highways, come and relax in our pretty cocoon of softness and on its private sunny terrace.
