Apartamentul este spatios si situat intr-o zona linistita, la cateva minute de plaja Skala Potamia, o plaja excelenta pentru o familie cu copii; este foarte curat si dotat cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie pentru sedere: sapun, sampon (si pentru copii) prosoape, lenjerii de pat, prosoape de hartie, cafea, detergent de vase etc. La cateva minute de mers pe jos ai supermarket, macelarie, brutarie si multe restaurante. Gazdele foarte prietenoase si de ajutor: am putut face check-in mai devreme de ora 15:00; ne-au facut recomandari legate de zona; au fost extrem de atenti la nevoile noastre si ne-au raspuns cu promptitudine la orice cerinta. Multumim Kiky pentru atentia la detalii si implicare. Cu siguranta recomandam apartamentul si ne vom intoarce cu drag.

We had great holidays in Vasilis Apartment! It is very very well equipped and cozy! Totally quiet. Lovely balkcony with direct view to the sea. It was also great to be welcomed personally by Lucia! The beach is probably the most beautiful one of Thassos. As we have been here in the beginning of may we enjoyed to walk along the beach, hiked to Metamorphosis above Kallirachi, onto the top of the isle to Ipsarion (the path starts right away from Potamia) and walked around the very interesting Aliki area. There are so many things to do on Thassos! We only regret that we didn't stay longer!

Прекарахме страхотна почивка. Загубихме представа за времето. Къщата е със страхотно местоположение. Отваряш врата, правиш три крачки и си на плажа. Не е лукс, но има всичко необходимо. Впечатлихме се колко добре се спи в къщата. Може да не усетищ, че е станало обяд. Symeon отговаря незабавно и се старае да помогне по всякакъв начин. Нашите тийнейджъри останаха много доволни и догодина планират пак да сме тук. В близост има много заведения, но без да е шумно.

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

Oldukça temiz ve güzel bir evdi. Ev sahibi de ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Ayrıca merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde ve ulaşım kolaydı.

Nagyszerűen éreztük magunkat ebben a 7 napban, minden olyan volt mint a képeken, a kilátás pedig egyszerűen csodálatos volt. Klíma minden szobában, a tenger felől 2 autó is megtud állni, pont az erkély alatt. A házigazdga nagyon nagyon barátságos volt, készített nekünk nagyon finom süteményt, ajándékba adott hűtőmágnest, illetve gyümölcsöket is kaptunk 🥰 mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom ezt a szállást 🥰🥰

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Terrasse war ein Highlight, und die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit freundlich und zuverlässig, immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Everything was perfect. The house is surrounded with magnolia trees you can enjoy in the beautiful garden. We had a great time there we felt just like home. Maria and her husband are great hosts. So friendly and helpful. When we arrive to the house Maria had made a cake for us and she gave local recommendations to us. The house is spotless clean and you can find whatever you need. There are 2 close beaches to the house that has crystal clear waters. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

Merhaba, konaklamamız gayet güzeldi. Eve gps ile ulaşımda birazcık zorlandık ama sonra bulduk. Ev temizdi biraz rutubet kokusu var dolaplarda. Ev bahçeli bir ev olduğu için fazlaca etrafta böcekler ve sivrisinkeler var bun için yanınızda ilaçlar getirebilirsiniz. Biz bu evden her sahile ulaşım sağladık evin bulunduğu yerde büyük market yok, gelirken büyük alışverişinizi yaparak gelirseniz faydalı olur. Deneyimlemeye değer bir ev. Bizim için verilen hediyeler için çok teşekkür ederimmm

We stayed at Konstantinos’ place with three families, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, right next to the sea. The beach and the house’s garden were perfect for the kids, who enjoyed every moment. The host was an incredibly responsive host, promptly answering all our questions and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We would definitely love to visit again.

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

Unser Aufenthalt im Juni bei Christos und seiner Familie war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Christos war sehr freundlich und kommikativ. Der schön gepflegte Garten war optimal um nach einem Strandtag zu entspannen. Der nahegelegene Strand und die Glyfoneri Bucht sind sehr schön. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Wirklich empfehlenswert 👍

Stelios is a great host. The apartment is really close to main walking street and is very spacious and comfy. It has an amazing terrace with a view. Highly recommend it!

I don’t even have the words to describe how incredible and lovely our stay was! The apartment was even bigger than expected, clean and cozy. The location is perfect for people who want to explore the city, the centre is 15 minutes away. And on top of that the host was really welcoming and responsive, we broke down our car and they helped us fix it! Felt at home and would come visit again🤍

Kostas harika biri , çok cana yakın ve en ufak sorunumuzda ilgilendi, gümrükte geç kaldığımızdan dolayı feribota yetişemedik ve geç gittik ama kendisi misafirperverliğini gösterip tatilimizi ücretsiz bir şekilde 1 gün uzattı , kendisine tekrardan teşekkürler . Ev içinse ; manzarası müthiş , canlı bir tablo gibi. Ev modern değil fakat yerli halkın yaşadığı evler gibi o yüzden farklı bir deneyim oluyor. Otopark sıkıntısı olan bu bölgede park sıkıntısı yaşamadan gidip gelebilirsiniz. Evin hemen arkasında sahil mevcut. Güzel restoranlara 1 dakika içinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Kostas bence en yakın zamanda bu bölgeye büyük bir market açtırırsa (ki bence misafirleri için bunu da yapacaktır) çok iyi olacak , herşeyin için teşekkürler !

The location of the newly built house is just 20m down the steep but paved road that separates from the main motorway. There is a gate to the small parking lot which can fit two cars safely and comfortably. Each unit has its own access keeping the intimacy of the splendid view towards the olive garden. The apartment is very spacious with large sliding glass doors connecting the ground level garden with the interior. The bathroom is comfortable to use and the kitchen is the best equipped we’d seen in Greece so far. The orientation of the house is towards the west therefore the patio is sunny up until the very sunset. There is also a path that leads to the shore where you can find two sunbeds however the beach itself is very rocky so its recommended to use water shoes. The only little downside to this otherwise beautiful modern complex is that the outdoor sofa is thinly padded therefore uncomfortable for longer periods of use, but this does not take away from our experience

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Carlo qui a été toujours très réactif dès que nous avions des demandes. L’appartement a un emplacement idéal et une très belle vue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
