Holiday rentals in Limni Avithos

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with our 2.5 year old. Location was great for nearby beaches - some within easy walking distance and others walkable but easier in a car if with children. Likewise with restaurants both local and in central argostoli. Katerina was very responsive and friendly, and helpfully shared some recommended beaches/ eateries. Daily housekeeping was very welcome and we enjoyed coming home to this place every afternoon! Highly recommend for Lassi area for a couple or small family happy to share a bedroom

Myself and my partner recently stayed here and what an amazing place it is. The villa itself is just like the pictures and is a secure gated and private place to spend a holiday relaxing and enjoying Kefalonia. It is only 20 minutes from the main city Argostoli and just up the road is supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to multiple beaches. It has some great views of the sea, Zakynthos and the mountains. It was spotless and had great facilities throughout ( fast WiFi, Netflix, multiple sun loungers, bbq area, perfect clean pool etc ) The hosts Anastasios and his sister Marilena were very welcoming upon arrival and showed us around the villa. They also left some local snacks/wine and provided us with recommendations for the island. They were also quick to respond to any queries. Overall we had a brilliant stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return to Kefalonia!

The best and most accommodating host I have ever met. Super friendly and responsive. Nickos arranged an impressive private boat tour, which was the most memorable experience during our stay in Zakynthos. The villa was great. Clean, good style and has everything needed. The view to the sea was partly interrupted by an unfinished construction nearby. This might be the only downside of this villa. The private beach is shared by three villas and it was not a problem for us. We do recommend water shoes to move in the water. We snorkeled a lot and had great fun there. Lovely experience overall. Hopefully I can be back one day!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment von Makis gefühlt. Beim Check-In war seine Mutter vor Ort und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Im Allgemeinen war das Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at the loft in Katastari. The place was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Kostas’s family, who live in the flat downstairs, were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. It really felt more like visiting friends than just renting a place. The beach is only 2 minutes away and the sea was crystal clear — perfect for swimming. We’d definitely come back!

Where do we start? We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gerasimos and Vasiliki. You were both incredible hosts and we loved the outstanding service. The villa itself is absolutely stunning! We arrived in the last week of Oct and there no tourists around! The peace and quiet was just so perfect! We loved the weather, the pool, the views! Everything! We drove from the airport and that took about 50 mins. We loved the gate entrance and the privacy it brought with it. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrise every single morning from either the balcony and by the high chairs! Absolutely stunning views. We loved the cute gift basket! Places we visited were: Poros, Skala Beach, Sami, Myrtos Beach (sunset is beautiful) and Argostoli. We highly recommend this villa to all! And we look forward to returning with our family again! If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Villa Rosa, don’t, just book it. To say the photographs don’t do it justice is an understatement, this place is truly paradise. If you look one way you experience magnificent vistas over the Ionian Sea and look another and you experience the majesty of the Kefalonian mountains… it’s simply stunning. Then, there is Joy… wow what an incredible woman. In all my years of travel I’ve never met a more professional, kind and caring person in my life. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, Joy made us feel at home and like we were part of her wonderful family. She took us personally to our accommodation which was wonderful (again better than the pictures) and helped us to get well appointed with the area and the villa. Each day Joy greeted us at breakfast (which is to die for by the way) and would give us personal recommendations for places to eat or visit all over the island… all of which were incredible… we will back!
