Hyper center, in a Hausmannian building, close to everything (shops, cinema, museums, train station (10'), A20 highway (5'), bus (1')...), fully equipped one-room apartment, comfortable on the 2nd floor of an old service staircase (steep), bedroom/living room, kitchen, shower room and dressing room, modern decor. I live in the accommodation just above for any need or information during the stay. Rentals for illegal activities will be reported to the police and subject to prosecution.

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Transports, commerces, cafés, restaurants et magasins sont à deux pas. Un parking Eiffage payant et souterrain se trouve sous l’appartement.

A little while

Our cabin/chalet will welcome you with pleasure to recharge your batteries in a green setting, surrounded by countryside animals. Our spacious and comfortable accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. In an old renovated barn you will have two bedrooms (including an attic with a children's cabin), a large living room with equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere that will be lit when you arrive. The beds will be ready as well.

Welcome to Le MaJestiK accommodation! Let yourself be seduced by its unique and elegant charm. Ideally designed, you will immediately feel comfortable. Its environment is quiet, as Le MaJestiK is located at the back of the courtyard, on the 1st floor, (you will only have one neighbor in the building!). Bedding side, you will enjoy an Emma hybrid 2 mattress. (soft comfort). Located 900 m from Limoges Benedictine Station. (12-minute walk).

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking.
