Edö Hill

Rent a house on the archipelago idyll of Edö. The house is located approx. 100m from the water and has a glimpse of the sea from the super cozy balcony at the front. The balcony at the back, where you BBQ and eat dinner, faces the forest and has sun until late em. The house is close to private cliffs and small beaches. Here you can pick apples, mushrooms & berries or go for a walk in an enchanted forest. Or why not take the Vaxholmsboat to Svartsö or Finnhamn for lunch or ice cream.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. I Linanäs hittar ni restauranger, butiker, närhet till fina badplatser. Någon kilometer bort finns fotbollsplaner och träningsområden. Huset är trivsamt och fräscht. Ligger på en tomt tillsammans med andra hus. Sjöutsikt. Ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. En bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Fullt utrustat kök, badrum med dusch. Finns även ett till badrum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Parkering ingår.

Stuga vid havet, nära både Stockholm och Vaxholm.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
