petite maison dans une impasse au calme le logement est refait à neuf, il comporte une cuisine au rez de chaussée avec tout l'équipement de base avec eau chaude, chauffage puis un escalier donne sur une petite chambre à l'étage, la literie est neuve, la chambre dispose d'une douche, d'un lave main et d'un WC séparé par un rideau ce logement cosy est organisé en fonction de la place disponible et convient à une personne seule ou à un couple (wifi, chauffage, arrivée autonome...)

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!
