Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lincoln County

This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—cozy, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked. But what really stole our hearts was the view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening, wrapped in a blanket with nothing but the sound of the lake and laughter in the background, was pure magic. We made beautiful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Highly recommended, we will be back! We also used Lake Effects for our boat rental, they were fantastic! It’s about an 18 minute trip back to the house on the water.

Great place. Very responsive host. Loved the covered dock with table/chairs for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. All the necessities were available in the kitchen, very well stocked. Good fishing (bass and bluegill) right from the dock and backyard, great for kids. Multiple kayaks and paddle boards onsite with an easy launch from the backyard and numerous life jackets available. Very pleasant location in a quiet cove. Would stay again.

Excellent, thoughtful host and great location central to all things Denver- my now husband and I just stayed here over the weekend of our wedding with tons of family and friends in town and a packed schedule- was the perfect spot to get some rest, refresh, and get wherever we needed to with an easy drive. Five stars! Julie was extremely communicative. I felt that she went over and beyond to make my family feel welcome. From start to finish, she responded quickly to my inquiries. This property is gorgeous and vast - it’s perfect for a family getaway. We had 3 people sleeping here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. Linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room. The kitchen had supplies to get us through the weekend. The highlight of this property is the lakefront. There are several kayaks and a canoe, and hundreds of feet of shoreline. It’s a peaceful part of Lake Norman, so there weren’t many boats coming and going which made kayaking and swimming feel very safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Such a great house for several families and kids. Multiple gathering spots plus an incredible huge screened-in porch. Xtra large kitchen and island with perfect chairs for kids. Love the fenced in back yard and pool under the huge porch.

Edwin was a great host. The unit was clean, comfortable and peaceful. we definitely had a nice, quiet weekend. Definitely what we needed.

Sherry was an amazing host and the Lake Life Retreat was even better than what the pictures showed. This is the perfect location for a nice relaxing getaway. Added bonus was having 2 amazingly friendly dogs on site in Luna and Sandy 😁 We would definitely stay here again!

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Rick and Judy's place is an amazing find! They thought of everything you might need and is such a great location. They are very friendly and all the lake amenities are top notch! We plan to stay here again next year!

Condo was easy to find and cozy inside! Beds had firm mattresses and fluffy pillows! We slept very well. I also loved the quick and easy checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

This airbnb is only 4 miles away from The Barn at Blue Sky Farm which is why I chose it to stay while attending a family wedding at that location. It is clean and very peaceful. Church bells play faintly off in the distance mid morning. Full kitchen with oven, stove and full sized fridge for anyone that wants to cook any meals. The guest is able to turn on either AC or heat and set the temperature. With the weather in the 70s during my stay I found AC in the late afternoon kept it comfortable and having the window and doors open earlier in the day rather than AC was best. I didn't meet the hosts, but it was easy to access the unit on my own. As parking is under the large deck, the car stays shaded and cool. There is a nice clothing rack and hangers to hang up your formal wear if you are a wedding guest! I'm really glad I chose this location to stay at for the wedding and would recommend it.

Came in for Nascar weekend this was our 2nd stay we were so happy the 1st time we decided to stay again and just like the first time we enjoyed the place felt just like home highly recommended.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Perfectly outfitted, immaculate, plenty of space with a lovely large sitting area overlooking g the lake. So peaceful, just perfect. Only one restaurant to walk to and we could only access the lake because of the freedom boat club, but otherwise there is no public access for swimming that we could find.

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Had a great little balcony that you could sit out at with little tables. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and utensils. Plenty of fresh linens ,super comfortable beds and the decor was beautiful.

The place was great, super clean, comfortable couch and beds. easy to get to all your Lake Norman attractions. 5 star rating all the way!
