Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lincoln

Great location. Woke up to the sounds of birds. very responsive. I would have given it a 5 star all the way, David was amazing and responded in a very timely manner. But, the turn over service could have been much better. The previous guest left a wine bottle in the automatic fridge ice dispenser and it was unfounded until my family found a large peice of glass in their drink, serious hazard to drink glass. Should have been spotted by the turn over service but, who would check the ice maker for a bottle a wine? I understand that. Very uncommon and unfortunate for us. David responded in a very fast manner and gave us options to accommodate the situation. I would have left a 5 star if this was the only thing but everything was so unorganized in the kitchen, they had everything but nothing made sense to why it was there. Sink didn't drain. There were also stains on the sheets and a pizza box left by the fridge that wasn't ours. Little things but the turn over service was a let down.

We loved Rob’s place! So quiet and peaceful. It was exactly what we needed and wanted for place to come back to after hiking in Baxter State Park. Hot shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out all your hiking gear. Magazines, tour books and rental instructions laying right on the table as you come in. Beautiful view off the back porch. AND THE GYM!! Wow- what a great bonus! If we had to come up with a negative- the sleeping space could be a bit more comfortable. It is a full size bunk bed that is pushed against the wall. Not the easiest for 2 adults to share. However, it was clean and we were exhausted! Thank you Rob for sharing your place with us. What a gem it was!!

Our Son graduated High School. This was absolutely a great place for family to get together. Natalia was so friendly and outgoing. We will definitely be back again.

Nancy’s place is cozy, comfortable and well maintained with all the amenities you would want. It is a beautiful area and close to many recreational areas including Baxter State Park and the Golden Road. We had a great stay with our 14 year old pup. We were in the area to visit our daughter who lives in a nearby town. We would not hesitate to stay at Nancy’s place in the future.

This cozy little house was just as expected! My little dog really appreciated the quiet, fence back yard! We would stay here again if ever in the area.

My wife and I came to see the autumn foliage in Maine and could not have wished for a more beautiful location. Boyd Lake was gorgeous, surrounded by the autumn trees which were reflected by the lake. The cabin had all the amenities required and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Jenn and Eric were great hosts -- very responsive to our needs. We also took day trips to Bar Harbor and Camden, both very delightful. Highly recommended,

This is an amazing find! We have been to 37 states and have stayed in countless air bnbs, and this is quite possibly our favorite. The location is gorgeous! The house is packed with amenities, which we super appreciated as a family of 5. The view every morning and evening was stunning. We were able to kayak from the house, have campfires, see the stars at night, enjoy the view and TV while hot tubbing, sip tea from the balcony, hike the nearby preserve, watch the wildlife and experience the amazing tides. We would 100% stay here again and hope to after we catch the other 13 states. If you're on the fence, just book it!!

Nice house well located for hiking on Mount Katadihn

Coleen's place was exactly as described, the check-in instructions were easy to follow, the home was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient for attending the UMaine graduation that was held at the Cross Insurance Center.

Pam's place was wonderful spot for our trips back and forth to Acadia. Away from the crowds of Bar Harbor and only a short drive. The place is cute, quaint and well stocked. Very pleasant stay!

This Airbnb was exactly as listed. Everything is updated, very clean, and comfortable. Jordana was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great price for the area and value in comparison to other local stays. The irish pub across the street had great food. Room was clean and as described, the coffee shop downstairs is great for a morning coffee and pastry. Be prepared to walk a a block or two to the entrance. It clearly states this in the description!

Our second time staying at the Birdhouse and it was perfect! We love Emilia’s place. It is truly a home away from home. The location is private, yet walkable to the best spots in Orono! Don’t miss out on the cookies at Emilia’s store, The Store Ampersand. They are delicious! Can’t wait to come back again.

Kim’s place was perfect for our stay near Baxter park. Very comfortable and has everything you need. Highly recommended. Also recommend the Appalachian trail cafe for breakfast.

The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

We rented both the Toddy House and Rocky House for a week for our family of 12. The houses were as described and in pristine condition. We loved the fact that they were close together, so the late night group could stay up socializing, while the children could be put to bed without distraction. The Toddy House had a pool table which provided lots of late night entertainment. It also had a large open common area to accommodate our group, and we spent a lot of time on the screened porches. We really liked the access to the water with the dock, the canoes and kayaks, and the super cool fire ring. We are the type of family that asks a lot of questions, and Mark was quick to answer and take care of any questions or issues we had. We spent a great deal of time at Acadia, and while the drive was about 45 minutes to get there, it was not a problem at all. We would definitely return to 3Havens if we decided to take another vacation in this area. Mark and Laurie were excellent hosts.

Christine's place was perfect. Everything was clean. it was easy to get into. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family adventures! The kids enjoyed the games, ping pong, and pool at the office- when we weren’t out exploring. Randy was great, and made sure we were taken care of!

Derek is a very reasonable person. He accommodated us on a late night notice. The access to the building was very easy, and the place was clean just like shown on the picture.
