Very nice place, would definitely come back if ever in the area again

This was within close proximity to great seafood restaurants and a homemade ice cream shop. The home is spotless and very comfortable. It is decorated nicely and you have the entire floor to yourself. Plenty of towels and washcloths… and the refrigerator had a water filter. Very nice touches when you are away from home.

Griselle’s place was very private and tucked away. It was really cute and comfortable. Somewhat out of the way of downtown, but Lyfts were easily accessible. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the parking spot was easy to find. Josh was very responsive and helpful. When we couldn’t find a hair dryer, he arranged an expedited replacement for the next day, which we really appreciated. He also gave us great local recommendations for our day trip to Newport. Communication was always friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Providence.

The place was very nice , Jason was very respectful and responsive of whenever I had questions . The only downside was I totally could’ve found out on my own with more researching , we are located in the basement level and at times we were able to hear the person above us walking around . That is my only complaint ! Everything else was amazing and up to standards .

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exactly as described and was able to accommodate 7 adults comfortably.

Andrew's place is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with some original art on the walls, and spacious. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with pretty much anything you need to cook. Everything was spotless. One one the best places that I 've stayed in. And I appreciated the restaurant suggestions. Thank you!

The space was very comfortable and inviting. Just what we needed for our getaway. The space was clean and organized and had everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Maria was there ready to help with whatever we needed. I definitely recommend this space for your future trip to Providence!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Federal Hill! Staying at Diane’s place was an absolute dream! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of historic charm that made it feel both cozy and special. Located right above Venda Ravioli—one of the best spots for authentic Italian food in all of New England—you truly can’t beat the location. Federal Hill is already known for its vibrant culture and incredible dining, but being able to walk downstairs and grab fresh pasta, espresso, or a world-class meal was a next-level experience. Diane clearly puts a lot of thought and care into the space. Every detail felt considered, from the decor to the amenities. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone visiting Providence. Whether you're a foodie, a history lover, or just someone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay—this is it.

We absolutely loved this place! Sarah keeps it perfectly clean and open. we had everything we needed. The TV was easy, the bed was outrageously comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking and relaxing. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in Providence.

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

Lydia's place is LOVELY and HUGE. My adult son, husband, and I stayed for my daughter's graduation weekend, and it gave us plenty of space (full dining room, full living room, separate eat-in kitchen) to spread out and relax. The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great. Easy parking right in front of the building or private parking behind. You are right on a main street with a bunch of eateries. A nice and safe place to walk. Also, an easy commute across the bridge to Brown University. Lydia responded immediately when I couldn't access Airbnb to find the code for the door, and again immediately when I needed the wifi password. I can't recommend this place highly enough! I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in Kiersten’s home! The area is very walkable - we loved exploring the neighborhood and some of the restaurants and coffee shops close by! The apartment was clean and spacious for being one bedroom and the host was communicative and very friendly! We would definitely stay again in the future!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

We stayed at this awesome property for a Monday-Thursday girls trip. The property could not have been better. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and the views from every deck were beautiful. I kitchen was clean and well appointed. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were unique and beautiful. I hope to return again.

Very clean, ideal location tucked away near the downtown area. Walkable to most everything in downtown Newport. Host was very responsive and welcoming. The apartment was a bit pricy for what it was, and there were some serious scuff marks / damage to one of the walls that we reported immediately when we checked in so they knew it wasn't from our stay. The walls were very thin so we could hear everything the room next door was doing, but other than that, it was a great stay.
