We had a great time, nice tucked away cabin, hot tub was fantastic, and the space is super cute. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A beautiful rustic cabin in an amazing spot. Lori is a great host and is always near in her farmhouse to communicate and get you what you need. Appleton is not far from Camden / Rockland but has that rustic getaway feel. The option of adding a wonderful soak in the hot tub, wood fired sauna, massage and breakfast are available as well. I’ll be back next year! Thank you for everything, Lori!

This place was incredible. We especially loved the screened in porch with the large table where we could all hang out. The lake view/access is awesome and there was no one else out on the lake, it’s like we had it all to ourselves! It was so peaceful. The cabin was excellent and was very rustic with the Maine feel we were looking for. Hot tub was great after jumping in the cool lake. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and there were plenty of extra blankets. Only thing I would change is maybe some dressers for storage but not a big deal. We loved the extra amenities and supplies like paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong tables, and lawn games. We had everything we needed to have a great time on the lake. Acadia and Bar Harbor were a little less than 1hr away and easy to go to for a day trip for some excellent hiking, gorgeous views, and delicious lobster. We loved our stay and would highly recommend

100% would recommend. this place was so beautiful, well kept and clean. Large private property and not a neighbor in sight. Anyone that passes up an opportunity to stay here would be foolish. he hope to stay again next year. Also for my mtb friends, this gem is perfectly located between so many trails and the resort it so worth it. The hot tub is a welcome addition after a long day of sight seeing or riding.

We loved our stay at the Bambi Inn! It was very peaceful and relaxing. Communication was great and the space has a ton of helpful signage and info, including local recommendations. We enjoyed using the bikes to visit Lamoine Beach, which is only about a 1/2 mile from the cabin. Overall, it was a really wonderful and unique stay that we would absolutely do again!

My friends and I enjoyed a ladies get-away at this peaceful home! We enjoyed it very much and will be back eventually. Thank you!

Beautiful place. Perfect getaway. Paul was very nice and helpful. Great recommendations for places to go. Very responsive to any questions we had. I could sit on the deck for days and watch the pond and soak up the sun. Only regrets was we had more rain than sun and unable to enjoy a bonfire. But thats Maine. Lol Cant wait to plan a trip back.

We had a great stay! The place was super clean and so so peaceful. We had a small issue with the wifi but were unplugging anyway so we didn’t mind. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Jackies place twice now and enjoyed it just as much this time as the last. Even though it rained for two days the house is plenty big enough to spread out. We had to change our reservation days twice because of circumstances and Jackie was very accomidating..

Christine is a seriously helpful and attentive host! The property was as described and the house was SPOTLESS!! Although we only had 5 people with us, the space definitely could hold double that! We will be sure to book again when we are up visiting family again!

We had an excellent stay. The view of the river from the dining table was beautiful. Sitting out by the fire relaxing was great. We enjoyed sitting on the small bench at the river while our pup ran around us. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Looking forward to booking again. Jon and Teresa are excellent hosts. Very responsive and have the cabin very well stocked and immaculate.

Loved this nature find...we swam, we canoed, we fired up the campfire with s'mores galore...with pristine views! All as described and great thoughtful touches in the cabin and yard. We had a nature oasis here that was hard to leave...but we also had some fun finds locally with dinner across the pond at the stunning Toddy Pond Farm! And we meandered over to The Lost Kitchen shop which is only 20 mins away.

Incredibly peaceful and gorgeous location. Very quiet and the docks on the lake and the views were perfection. Loved the drive in on the camp road and while there were other cabins close by, we never saw or really heard anyone else. Which was great. Would absolutely book this place again!

My mother and I stayed here for a peaceful weekend and a nearby wedding. As lifelong Mainers, we were looking for a rustic camp on the water with a screened porch, and this place delivered. We spent our time reading, napping, walking, and even doing a little work (the internet was surprisingly fast). It was so nice that we could include our small dog with us as well. While the camp has a rustic charm, it’s thoughtfully outfitted with modern comforts: comfy beds, quality linens, a smart TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts even provided extras most don’t—like paper goods, baggies, matches, and toiletries—and were nearby if anything was needed. They even included shower essentials if you happened to forget any. The sunrise was spectacular from the front porch. Loons swam by daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wish we could have extended it---we would definitely book again! Thank you for being amazing hosts!

Just the perfect cabin. At the end of a dead end road at the end of a small cove. The cabin is on a rock promontory with water on 2 sides. And the water is steps away from the cabin. We only saw a couple kayakers over three days and hardly heard any people. No motorboats. No loud sounds of any kinds - save the Ospreys that circled the cove. My partner is a birder and saw a few new birds from the front porch. The cabin reminded me of my grandparents cabin - very cozy, everything you need. The fireplace heated up the whole cabin. The bed was super comfortable. We hope to come back again!

Stacy’s cabin provided the perfect retreat for a peaceful week vacation in Maine. It was just the right mix of being off the beaten path and close enough to Belfast for really good food in a pinch! It is a very clean cabin that overlooks a marsh and a beautiful field of wildflowers, which was refreshing to see every morning. Thank you Stacy for everything, I would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time visiting Maine and to be able to stay at this adorable cabin was the cherry on top of a great trip. It was private, clean and beautiful - what more do you need? Sarah was a super responsive host and really made us feel right at home with all of the little touches. We can’t wait to stay here again!

What a wonderful spot! Gorgeous, quiet pond and relaxing wood fired sauna. Rheanna is a super responsive and helpful host. We'll be back! Just FYI - this cabin is a "three season" structure. Although it was super comfortable, it felt a little more like camping than we originally expected with some cool nights and mornings, a few insect frinds, and a short walk to the shared bathrooms and kitchen area.

This is an incredibly special place to stay - almost like living in a jewel box. Every detail was beautifully designed and thought out. Super comfy beds, wonderful places to hang out, incredibly shower, and beautiful surroundings. We loved taking a short drive (then long walk) to nearby Harriman Pointe where we had a stunning beach all to ourselves. The light bathes the space very early so bring eye masks if you like to sleep in. We had a chance meeting with the owners who were super friendly and helpful. Those with small kids: be warned that it can be a little loud getting up and down stairs so we had to coordinate bedtimes accordingly:)

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin in the woods! Tucked away in beautiful Sedgwick, it felt like a peaceful retreat but was still close enough to walk to the bay and watch the boats. The space itself is stunning—gorgeous design with big windows that make you feel completely connected to nature. Every detail was so thoughtful, and the place was super cozy and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed cooking dinner in the mini kitchen and going out with the local recs provided like Tinder Hearth and 44 North Coffee (both amazing!). A truly special spot—we’d come back in a heartbeat. Thanks David and Bill for being such great hosts!

We had such an incredible time staying ay Jennifers. The cabin was so cozy, its truly is a Maine family summer cabin, you can feel all fun and good times that have been had there. It was perfectly accommodating given its rustic feel. The beach and surrounding woods are gorgeous and peaceful. We swam off the rocks every day and loved taking the paths between the cabins. And it is a perfect location between Blue Hill and Stonington, with the little enclave of Deer Isle down the road. But if we weren't so keen on exploring the Island, we would've never left the property. Truly a gem, we hope to be back!

My boyfriend and I along with our pups had a wonderful 3-night stay here over Labor Day weekend! The cabin was super clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home! Even though it's on a major road, it was extremely quite inside the cabin and we heard absolutely no road noise whatsoever. The beds and couch were comfy and the air conditioning worked great when it got to be 80 degrees outside. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and we spent the evenings watching movies on the smart TV. We really appreciated the washer & dryer as we ended up needing to do some laundry during our stay. The full kitchen as well as the outdoor grill were perfect for cooking dinner on Saturday night. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. We will definitely be booking here again in the future and would highly recommend this place to others looking for lodging in the Rockport area!

We had a fantastic stay at Belinda’s cabin! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures — nice, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat!
