Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

Woodland cabin set on the edge of ancient woods, via a woodland trail, skirting around 5 acres of natural woodland. Secluded but not completely off the beaten track. If you want street lighting and made up pathways this is not for you! This is the ideal getaway for some country magic, away from the hubbub of city life. You will need wellies/walking boots and enjoy an adventure. Summertime gives you tranquil evenings outside by the fire pit; winter months you can snuggle up by the woodburner.

It has it's own separate entrance so you can come and go at any time, own decking with outside sitting area to enjoy a cup of tea outside and has ample secure parking. In the heart of beautiful sussex

The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
