Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lipsi

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

Could be the perfect airbnb in Leros! Amazing location right on the beachfront, and the upstairs veranda made it even better. Maria was such a good host - the apartment was full of food and drink for our stay, she was so helpful to meet us at the ferry, and helped us throughout our stay. Apartment was large, spacious and ideal for a small family. I cannot think of anything that would have made the trip better for us, cannot recommend enough!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλά υπέροχη! Η πέτρινη κατοικία είναι πανέμορφη, παραδοσιακή και ταυτόχρονα προσεγμένη στη λεπτομέρεια, αποπνέοντας αυθεντική αίσθηση του νησιού. Ο χώρος ήταν άψογα καθαρός και πολύ άνετος, ιδανικός για να χαλαρώσεις και να απολαύσεις την ξεχωριστή ατμόσφαιρα της Σκάλας. Η Κατερίνα ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και ευγενική, πάντα διαθέσιμη για να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας κάνει να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει μια αυθεντική και ποιοτική εμπειρία διαμονής στην Πάτμο!

Such an amazing spot!! 5 minute walk to the beach & club, slept 4 girls very comfortably. Adorable outdoor area, AC worked amazing. The best host! Emmanouil was extremely responsive and helpful, provided links for restaurants close by. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Loved the stay in this amazing place in beautiful Patmos. Giorgos's place is spacious, beautifully decorated with excellent beds and a great kitchen (and dishwasher - a nice bonus!) There is high speed internet and I had no trouble with wifi anywhere in the house - it even worked out on the deck. The space was quiet and private and yet there were so many shops, cafes and restaurants just outside the walls. It s also less than 5 minutes walk from the port which is very convenient with the late arrivals and departures on the ferry. Both Giorgos and Katerina were very responsive to any inquiries and did what they could to make the stay enjoyable. Housekeeping services were also provided which was a nice surprise and the housekeeper was absolutely lovely and so kind. We had a wonderful time here and if you are coming to Patmos I highly recommend this historic AirBNB - you will not be disappointed!

Me encantó quedarme en este lugar. Ambos, Lilka y Giorgos fueron extremadamente amables conmigo. Atendieron todas mis necesidades y preguntas y me hicieron sentir como en mi casa. A la par el restaurante que tienen es hermoso y con excelente servicio y comida. Me dio mucha alegria conocerlos. Me dejaron hacer el checkout mas tarde.

Hello Nomiki, Thank you for your hospitality and to let us stay in the beautiful renovated studio! It was a pleasure to stay here and we enjoyed the unique Pserimos ambience once again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful art deco style home. The interior design was impeccable and the layout very unique. The courtyard spacious and private ! Everything was in walking distance. My only regret is not staying here longer and already missing my stay there. Stefanos was very friendly and responded promptly to messages. While I didn’t meet him in person, I felt his warmth and genuine support through out our stay. It’s fair to say I will definitely be booking this place again for my next trip.

Stayed for four weeks for a rock climbing trip with my wife and two girls. The place is well built and brand new. Super quiet, and the beds are great, we slept really well. It's close to a good grocery and only a little drive away from the best climbing in Massouri. My wife could do a few hours of remote work a day on the desk with monitor provided and the wifi was good enough for meetings. We will try to stay there again on our next trip to Kalymnos.

La casa è un piccolo vero gioiello, curata in ogni dettaglio e fornita di tutto ciò che può servire in una vacanza. Il terrazzino all'aperto è molto carino per le colazioni e un aperitivo tra amici. La posizione è ideale per scoprire il centro di Skala, per lo shopping e le uscite serali ma è anche estremamente silenzioso. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πάρα πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο διαμέρισμα. Εξοπλισμένο με καινούργια έπιπλα, συσκευές. Σχετικά με την τοποθεσία ήσυχο και γραφικό μέρος. Το συνιστούμε καθώς η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη.

Η Ειρήνη ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης. Μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν, μας έδωσε σωστές πληροφορίες, και ακόμα και την ημέρα της γιορτής της που την ενοχλήσαμε, ήταν ευγενική και βοηθητική. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όχι πολύ σύγχρονο, αλλά μεγάλο και άνετο. Έχει καταπληκτική θέα και μας διευκόλυνε πολύ επειδή απέχει 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Μοναστήρι στην καρδιά της Χώρας (που ήταν και ο λόγος επίσκεψης μας τις ημέρες του Πάσχα). Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά αν πηγαίναμε στην Πάτμο με τον ίδιο σκοπό.

We enjoyed our stay at Sofia and Kostas' place. The view is unbeatable and the terrace made our stay beautiful. We found the beds a bit uncomfortable, and there was not enough kitchen supply. There could have been at least some salt and pepper and other basics. Everything else was fine and they were very helpful and reachable at all times. Hope to come to Emporios again :)

Wonderful accommodation. Perfect for our family. We all had separate spaces, bathrooms, air cons, etc. The host was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to cafes and restaurants and a short walk to Pandeli beach. Clean, lovely decor, all amenities you would want. Loved it
