A five-minute walk from the accommodation is the newly opened Gothal - Water World relaxation complex. Guests will find a relaxation pool, swimming pool, saunas, massages, bowling, fitness center, climbing wall. Ten minutes by car to Donovaly ski resort. 15 minutes to the historical monument Vlkolínec - a wooden village.

One-level apartment (100 m2) located in a wooden house at an altitude of 1050 above sea level!!! The entrance is separate. The apartment has a large terrace, we provide deckchairs. The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!

Horna Koliba is a beautiful house, built in the highland style. Built of logs, covered with wooden shingle with beautiful highlander details - the house looks like a picture. The living room connects with the glass veranda, which gives the interior an original and cozy character. The fireplace will put you in a romantic mood both in winter and summer. Idyllic views and intimate atmosphere will make you forget about everyday problems and blend in with this unique climate.

Willa Polana pod Nosalem

The villa is located opposite the Nosal slopes, close to the mountains and mountain trails. In winter, to ski, just cross the street, and in summer it is a quiet neighborhood and a great place for a "trip to the mountains". We offer free parking, a garden in front of the house, and a barbecue. The house was completely renovated and opened in December 2023. We offer stylish interiors, mostly finished in wood. All wooden furniture was made by Zakopane carpenters.

All year round accomodation in new apartment located in the middle of Liptov region. Location is ideal starting point to visit attractions, scenic nature, historic and cultural heritage of Liptov region. In the main ski season, a Ski bus to the Jasná / Chopok resort is available, the stop is 100 m away (Liptovský Trnovec, RÁZCESTIE).
