It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. Modern and sophisticated apartment in an 18th century building

Feel the typical Lisbon life in this apartment with plenty of natural light, high ceilings and the traditional floorboard. The sober décor and large windows overlooking the street provide a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Building was recent rehabilitated, just like surrounding area. Access to the apartment is via the stairs to the first floor (no elevator) but when you go into you will note that the apartment is worth it. Apartment has cozy spaces on a extremely high ceiling rooms with the presence of traditional building materials area, such as wood and stone. The living room has a big ceiling light just like old palaces. The feeling is that we are in an extremely charming house of the XVIII century but with the comfort of the XXI century with central air conditioning and a modern kitchen. The living room is the center of the house with two big windows doors with small balconies with lots of light and overlooking the main street. Next bedroom also has a big window doors and the small balcony. Apartment it's 50sqm but is big enough to spend a few days comfortable. The house has one more two individual beds on a big bedroom . The care and attention to the detail is noticed. The Wi-Fi serves the entire house. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and ready to go and serve basic meals to a group up to 4 people. Note that there is a dish wash machine but there isn't clothe wash machine. There is a self service laundry at Rua da Madalena 93. On building door turn left and at traffic lights turn rigth and walk 50m. This apartment is an excellent option for anyone staying in the heart of the city, at a walking distance to most important places to visit in the city.
