Junto à estação de comboios, supermercados, lojas, restaurantes e a 200 metros da praia. É um primeiro andar, tem que subir escadas. O quarto é totalmente independente com casa de banho privada, wifi, televisão, ar condicionado e toalhas de banho. Cama de casal, as vistas são para as traseira do edifício.
