Farmstay holiday rentals in Lisbon

It was what we expected. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but I guess that’s a lot due to individual visitors not cleaning up after themselves. Overall short but fine stay. Thanks.

Our stay was wonderful. Luis was the quintessential host. We loved hanging out in the garden in the sunshine and moonshine. However, there was a bit of early morning street noise.

We rented two flats from Manuel in Alfama and had an absolutely wonderful stay there. Manuel is the best host you can think of. He is very helpful, friendly, easy to reach and gave us lots of good recommendations to restaurants and interesting things to see, and his flats are just gorgeous. Perfectly situated, very well equipped, beautiful furnitures, lovely bathrooms and stunning terraces. It was also quite special to stay in a 600 years old house, with its thick walls, tiles decoration, beautiful entrance, floors and stairs. The thick walls kept the house cool and comfortable when hot outside. Alfama, with its narrow cobbled streets and lovely atmosphere, was a perfect place to stay for us and a great starting point for our walks around Lisbon. We went there with our closest family, including our two small grandchildren, and it worked great for all of us. After a long day out it was wonderful to relax and gather all of us on the terrace. We would love to come back and deeply recommend the place.

Such a cute little town and really neat estate. The views are amazing from the pool. It was a 15 min walk downhill to the beach where there’s a little restaurant. Lots of dogs and roosters in the area so sounds of nature might wake you vs sounds of the city. Luis was super responsive and saved us immediately when we locked ourselves out once. You felt safe in the area, especially with the gated property. Loads of great restaurants in walking distance, especially Sisudo and restaurante adraga, such friendly owners. Do NOT go to A Adega do Coelho. Not friendly for tourists. I would totally return, loved it.

La, casa, de Elizabeth reúne todo lo suficiente para pase unos días tranquilos, cómodos en un ambiente excelente. La casa es preciosa y toda la distribución y accesorios de baño, cocina, jardín, etc estaban en perfecto estado. El único pero, es lo que otros usuarios ya han descrito, el aparcamiento es difícil y complicado al ser una carretera muy estrecha. En general lo recomendamos a las personas que busquen intimidad y sosiego, pero también decir que no es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida... Mencionar por último a Mafalda como persona de contacto mientras estuvimos alojados, fue muy amable.

Quinta do Penedo is a lovely place to stay, with a beautiful garden abd swimming pool. It’s peaceful and is a perfect place to have a relaxing holiday! We loved it and would go again- it’s close to some fabulous beaches near Setubal, and 20 mins from other beaches on the Costa da Caparica- Antonio and Fernanda are very discreet and very welcoming!

My friends and I had an incredible few days at the Farm House- surrounded by lemon tree’s and vines the house is private, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous secluded pool all which was even better in person than in the photos! The host was friendly and responsive before and throughout our stay and provided helpful recommendations for surrounding vineyards and shops. We would definitely come again!

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

What a beautiful place! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful reset with a loved one. The staff were so attentive, an absolute credit to the place, the facilities so well kept and clean. The view and the hikes are just breathtaking, so unique with the windmills and all the vineyards around. I will 100% be back, thank you.

We stayed here for 3/4 days before we headed off to a wedding. This place was fantastic, highly recommend. It's so peaceful and relaxing, a great get away. We felt right at home. Thankyou again for having us there.

Sem dúvida o melhor espaço de Airbnb que já estivemos. Apesar do perfil de quinta (com um burro e um cavalo), na realidade o espaço era simplesmente uma moradia com um jardim imenso e tudo muito bem arranjado e limpo (algo que numa quinta não costuma acontecer). Portanto o burro e o cavalo eram meramente animais de estimação, tal como a cadela da casa (de 16 meses, cheia de energia e sempre a querer brincar). A nossa cadela (Golden de 11 anos) pode andar totalmente solta sem qualquer supervisão, já que o grande terreno é totalmente vedado. A casa muito bem limpa, sem insectos, com todas as comodidades. Grande simpatia de todos. Excelente casa onde pretendemos voltar. Super recomendado.

Apesar do tempo chuvoso, adorámos a estadia nesta casa. A zona comum é super espaçosa e acolhedora, ideal para passar bons momentos com amigos e família. O espaço exterior para grelhados é excelente — bem equipado e coberto, o que nos permitiu desfrutar de uma bela refeição ao ar livre mesmo com o mau tempo. As crianças divertiram-se imenso, havia espaço para brincarem em segurança, e os nossos animais de estimação também foram muito bem acolhidos. A casa é confortável, limpa e perfeita para quem procura descansar sem abdicar da companhia dos seus.

We stayed at Julieta's home as 3 couples and enjoyed 3 nights in her beautiful home. The scenery and peacefulness were amazing. We did do day trips to Sintra & Lisbon but they were very long days. Julieta & her caretakers were very accommodating with our check-in & questions & needs. Would highly recommend.

One of my favourite AirBnBs I've stayed in!! Joao was extremely responsive and helpful, the house is even better than depicted, everything was perfectly clean and brilliant for a big group. the bathrooms and bedrooms especially all felt clean and modern, and the pool was just lovely. great to have privacy yet be so close to the city center! I honsetly couldn't reccomend this place more 🙏 Thank you for a lovely stay!

Jose’s place is a little paradise in Alenquer with such an amazing array of flora and wildlife. The pool is large and well equipped with many sun loungers. A breakfast mostly made from produce grown within the gardens was made on the Sunday morning (the jam, cheesecake and carrot cake were particularly good, best we’ve ever tasted!) which was a very welcome surprise. Paola created some lemonade with Lemons and mint from the gardens and it was simply delicious. Jose even gave us five huge Sicilian Lemons to take with us once we left for home! We were staying for four days as we were over from the UK for a wedding which was hosted only 1km away, but we have to say this place would easily justify a holiday in itself. Everyone couldn’t do enough to help us, given my wife is 30 weeks pregnant and our overall experience of Jose’s place, Alenquer and Portugal was nothing short of beautiful. Thank you Jose and Paola for treating us like a King and Queen during our stay, we will never forget

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens Empfehlen. Wir waren vier nächte bei Ruben. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 50 Minuten nach Lissabon. Andere Ausflugsziele wie Sintra sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Bauernhof mit dem Pool ist wirklich toll und ein Besuch Wert! Für Kinder mit Familien auch sehr geeignet. Es gibt zwei Hof Hunde und zwei Katzen in die man sich nur verlieben kann 😍 Ruben und seine Frau waren sehr herzlich und haben uns noch viele Tips für unsere Reise gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a find! This is a beautiful luxury chalet with spectacular views in total privacy - yet being close enough to amenities a short car trip away. We wanted a base outside of Lisbon for some R&R and this place was perfect. The hosts were great giving us local recommendations and you could tell how much they loved the house also. We will be back for sure!

Amazing stay in Comporta. The apartment is great and had everything we needed. Linda was such a lovely host and brought us books and toys for our 1.5 year old. Beautiful secluded location. Easy drive into Comporta and access to a stunning private beach. Wish we could have stayed longer - thanks Linda.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Altus with seven adults and four kids. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty do space for everyone. The kids loved the playroom and the games room, and we all enjoyed the fantastic heated pool. The setting is spectacular amongst the vineyard covered hills, and we ate all of our meals outdoors. It was an easy drive to the coast, where we found beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Lina was wonderfully helpful, and let us check in early and out late, which was great for the babies’ nap schedules. The rooms also have blackout shutters, which helped them adjust to the time change. She provided cribs and high chairs for them. We were also really happy that the pool area is fenced and gated, which made it easier for parents to relax during meals on the patio! Finally for the adults, the showers are amazing. Great pressure and really hot water. I’d recommend Lina and Villa Altus to anyone. It really was perfect.

Tiago's place was the perfect antidote to a couple of days in beautiful and busy Lisbon. If you're looking for peace, then this is the place for sure. All we could hear throughout the days and nights was the wind in the trees, and birds. And speaking of which, this part of Portugal is famous for its storks - who you'll find nesting in abundance around the area. Amazing. There's a hammock to read or sleep in, as well as various places to hang out in the extensive garden. Perfect for chilling! The house has everything you need, and when we entered the kitchen, we found red wine, beers, fruit, and cheese; all for us. I can't recommend this place highly enough. And when you venture out south to the beautiful countryside of Comporta, you'll find deserted beaches (at least when were there in early May - off season) as far as the eye can see. We will be coming back.. maybe every year!

Raquel and her family were so accommodating with our check-in and so friendly. They gave us great advice on things to do in the area. The house is absolutely spectacular! It is even better than the pictures. The pool area is fantastic and our 3 kids loved it. We had everything we needed and more. The location is great and the local town is beautiful. Great to explore Lisbon and the surrounding areas. We would love to return! Thanks so much Raquel!
