Holiday rentals with a patio in Lisbon

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and lots of great restaurants nearby. Beautiful apartment, as described Airbnb. The terrace was stunning for breakfast and morning coffee, the rooms all beautiful and worked so well for 6 girls. Good mini market a few seconds away, bakery for the pastel de natas and bread. Alfama only 10 mins on foot, we had our tuk tuk tour collect us !! It really was perfect, well served by taxis/uber, and a lovely space. Thank you !

Hugo was very easy to get in touch with and helpful for early check in and late check out. The accommodation was very comfortable, the terrace a great addition and location great.

We can’t speak more highly of our stay! The communication leading up to our trip was helpful and timely. The location was quiet, yet central for us to access all the sites we wanted to see, all the while feeling we were living amongst locals. Apartment stairs are a lot (as mentioned) but worth the views! Apartment was clean, homey and had everything we needed for a week with a young baby! Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment in Belém to relax and unwind, with only a 20 minute tram link to the centre of Lisbon. Loved staying here, we’ll definitely be back. Great host, reliable, friendly, and informative.

It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Our hosts Helena & Nuno, were lovely, helpful & informative, they came up with places to visit that we wouldn’t have known about, in particular Guincho beach & bar (beautiful) Luna the dog was an added bonus for us as we lost our lab a few months ago. Do take notice of their suggested restaurants as they are the best in that area. Be aware it’s hilly, everything is walking distance (supermarket, restaurants etc) however, Paço do Arcos itself is not visually spectacular but the villa is, what it is, is an ideal staging point to travel to Cascais, Sintra & central Lisbon and a lovely quiet hideaway. Quick tip, use the Bolt app to get around cheaply and use the trains as they are very reasonably priced. We would fully recommend you stay here.

Duarte was a communicative, responsive and helpful host - we really appreciated this as there's only so much you can research online. The location of Casa da Encosta is magical, the fact you can't park outside makes it all the more special with no immediate road noise. The small terraced garden which surrounds the house is totally charming, offering plenty of little places to separate yourself from others should you wish and read a book or enjoy the view. Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the renovation executed thoughtfully. The feeling of being inside a jewelled box comes to mind. Yet it feels like someone's home and you feel welcome in it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a remarkable region of Portugal. Thank you.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

We had a fantastic one week stay! Luciana has a spacious and well equipped apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Accessible by public transport, also pretty walkable everywhere if you’re up for walking. Luciana is a fantastic host, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like home. Thank you Luciana! Great host and a great calm place in Cascais!

Great host and apartment! The location is good and there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around the area. Will definitely come back again in our next visit in Lisbon.

We had an amazing stay in Beloura, just a quick 10-minute drive from the main attractions in Sintra. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room to spread out. One of the highlights was the patio, which opened right onto a walkway leading to the pool — perfect for relaxing. Bea was the perfect host — warm, thoughtful, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She genuinely cared about our comfort and made the whole experience feel effortless. The location was super convenient, with a great pizza and sushi spot nearby, plus a grocery store just around the corner. Only downside: the gym and sauna weren’t available — but everything else more than made up for it. Would absolutely stay again!
