Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

The accommodation consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, dishes...), TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a large bedroom with queen-size bed. A separate toilet, walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided as well as handmade soaps. A 20 m2 terrace to enjoy breakfast and outdoor meals.
