Had a great stay at Euphoria Hill Villa. Dionisis was very helpful throughout, always on hand if needed. The villa itself is beautiful, amazing views and completely private/peaceful. I would highly recommend booking this property!

I truly feel blessed to have had the luck to host one of the most important events of my life in one of the most beautiful villas in Zakynthos. At first, I just wanted a simple travel wedding like a small place to hold the ceremony. But when I arrived here, the professionalism of Dion’s team and the patience of the guides made me feel that this trip was absolutely worth it.The scenery and well equipped facilities speak for themselves. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, places to visit olive groves, and it’s very convenient to drive around and enjoy the sea views. What’s even more impressive is that every detail of this villa is carefully looked after not just by Dion’s team but even by the cleaning staff. Believe me, if you choose to vacation or hold an event here, what you’ll have is not just a place, but a whole experience full of thoughtful and heartwarming service. It was a fantastic stay, we were here at the end of October for 11 days. We immediately felt at home in the house, it was very clean, everything was spacious, nice beds and shower, lovely sofa with smart TV, a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, sunbeds, seating in front and back, actually everything was thought of! In the meantime, there was cleaning once, if you wanted that could more often (for a fee), but we didn't think that was necessary. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is definitely recommended! There are plenty of beautiful places to visit, there are beautiful walks/hikes, you can rent a boat or snorkel and there are great restaurants nearby. Car is recommended! There's not much else in the area. In the low season, not everything is open, we didn't mind (nice and quiet), but tip to check in advance if the restaurant, beach club or boat rental is still open.

It was an amazing stay, worth it. House was very nice and especially the pool and garden were amazing. Good if you want a nice place to enjoy outside. Inside its clean and modern. Host was reacting fast and helped us with lots of good restaurants.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 9 days. The owners were very friendly and helpful. No issues when we broke a mug and we were offered a ride home from the nearby supermarket by the owner when our groceries were too heavy. Overall a great place. Glad we found it.

The villa has everything you need and more, the views, pool and privacy are great. The host is friendly and very responsive and made is feel at home. We would recommend this villa to couples and families who are looking for a quite stay near villages, restaurants etc.

What a stay, I enjoyed both all the accommodations and the kindness of the host. Accessibility is good as well as the clean character of the villa, the clean was very good. Delicious! Too bad the villa can't be found on Google maps so sometimes there is confusion, otherwise great!

We had the best time in Bedrock,loved the peaceful atmosphere and being surrounded by the olive trees.The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated.Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home!Spiros communication was seamless and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.He provided excellent tips on local eateries and beaches.Airport transport was arranged and the host was flexible with our checkout time. Spiros stocked the kitchen with essentials and welcomed us with a delicious wine, fresh fruits and water.All essentials were provided and fully equipped. The villa is safe and well located, short distance to the beaches and tavernas. You can hear the sound of waves from the villa at night. The pool was maintained and the villa got cleaned up couple of time during our stay. Thank you very much Spiros and your wife for the hospitality and we hope to come back soon!This villa and the host is highly recommended

Our host Chris is wonderful. He and his wife were very friendly. U could see that they really prioritised us feeling like home. If you are a family with kids this is a great house to stay. No stairs and a big area to play in. Even toys for our daughter was available. House is very clean and has a modern design. We truly loved everything’s and will definitely come again .

AMAZING VILLA! Would 10/10 stay again and recommend! Hosts were very friendly and always helpful, as a large group of 8 we had no issues. The villa is a little far from the main strips but the villa itself is absolutely great and lives up to the pictures shown! Definitely will book again!

Our stay at Sueño was one of the most wonderful experiences we’ve ever had. Daniela was so amazingly wonderful, she was even waiting for us at the door upon our arrival. The home is so beautiful and the location will literally take your breath away. The home was spotlessly clean and a maid service arrived every day of our stay! The refrigerator was stocked with all the essentials and way more! Eggs, wine, breads and snack. They even refilled the espresso pods each day. I have never experienced such a level of care and luxury, even at a five star hotel. Not only will we be back as soon as possible, but I will never stay anywhere else in Zakynthos. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and we were so very sad to leave!

We were 8 people and the villa was perfect. It is true that there is a gym on the ground floor, but it never bothered us in any way. The entire space is located on the second floor, which is accessible by both an elevator and stairs. There is a private entrance by car to the patio area, which is large enough to fit several cars. From the patio, there is a private entrance to the villa itself. The patio area basically consists of an outdoor pool lounge area with an outdoor dining area which we kept finding in perfect condition every morning after waking up, since there was a cleaning lady visiting us everyday. She was very polite and always asked if it would be okay to go inside to clean and tidy. All in all everything was even better than we expected and we ended up having an amazing stay at the villa. Made beautiful memories there! I’d say this is the perfect place for a group of 8 people at this price range on the entire island

We had a wonderful stay - a group of 4 plus a toddler. The space is great, very functional especially with a little one, and beautiful spots to sit and eat either looking over the stunning ocean, or under the olive trees in the yard. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, good communication, and were flexible with check in/out time. There was housekeeping included every couple of days which was an unexpected treat. We swam at the beach down the hill every day - it was beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Villa Despina. Jason was very helpful showing us the home which is spectacular. We enjoyed the view and solitude and the kids loved swimming in the pool each day. The house was very clean and Pandelis and crew cleaned the pool every day and provided clean pool towels. We appreciated the food and drinks provided on our arrival. The only things I would recommend are: 1. Ask for instructions on how the stovetop works as it was rather fiddly. 2. An elevated 4 wheel drive is a must as a low car would have difficulty getting up the road to the house. Thank you Panayiotis, Jason and Pandelis for a wonderful stay.

There were five of us there and we immediately felt comfortable! The house really has everything you could need. It is quiet, clean, modern and leaves us no room for optimization :) especially great, approachable and personal communication! We received great local tips. The house is wonderfully located for excursions by car. We would go there again immediately :)

Spent a long weekend there celebrating a hen party with a small group of friends. The house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. There’s was a beautiful outdoor space where you could spend most of your time relaxing by the pool. Would definitely stay again

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Recos: Our favorite restaurants (all a 2 minute drive from the house): Nobelos, Skinos, The Old Windmill Favorite Beach: Wolf Rocks Beach Stop reading this and book the place!

Throughout our stay we were cocooned by Maria, Sokratis' daughter. She is exceptional: caring, interesting, joyful, very good advice… In short, just perfect! The house is impeccably clean, the air conditioning in the room is ultra quiet, the terrace is huge with an amazing view. The pool is cleaned every day without anyone realizing it. We already regret not having rented this little paradise for our entire stay... Thanks Maria and Sokratis!

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.

We added this Villa as an mid week break from our AI hotel, very glad we did as it got us away from the British area the hotel was in, The place is outstanding and the views are amazing. The local supermarket was lovely to deal with, the chicken, sausages and feta was outstanding. The lady of the shop was very helpfully with areas to visit. There is amazing restaurant up the hill, food outstanding, view lush and they make their own wine that was amazing. You must look inside the local church and monastery. It was only two of us so the place was oversized for us but I loved every room. Outside pool is clean, gets sun all day, amazing view and no one overlooking you. Kitchen had everything we need to cook. Tv room downstairs and upstairs you can get Netflix, YouTube and link your phone to it for music. Bed we used was perfect. I did think the owner would have left bottle of his own wine, then if liked we would have got more. Amazing place
