The stunning Hodnet Hall gardens and Hawkstone Park follies are a short drive away. If you don’t want to get in the car, walk along the canal into town (20 mins) for lunch or a glass of wine in the sun.

Pubs, restaurants, bars and Joules brewery open for tours, a swimming pool with gym and countryside walks are within easy reach. Market Drayton hosts a weekly street market each Wednesday. The town is located within a 20-30 minute drive of larger towns; Telford, Shrewsbury, Newport, Newcastle and Nantwich making it a perfect base for a short break.

It is in close proximity to the picturesque town square, wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. The location and modern interior makes it ideal for couples, friends and professional people working away from home and is within just a few minute from all the shops.

This is a modern, self-contained annex in a quiet rural location, with your own front door. Downstairs is spacious with a private bathroom and over bath shower, generous kitchen with basic food provisions and utensils and living space with TV. The light and airy double bedroom upstairs provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Orchard Cottage Rural Retreats is home to two luxury Glamping Pods, The Laurels and The Beeches (Dog Friendly Pod) – situated in Pell Wall just a short drive or walk from the Market town of Market Drayton. Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
