Monthly Rentals in Little Falls

We had a great time in Melanie’s place! It’s very cute, but be aware that it is a little small. There is also a very long staircase to make your way up to the top. We stayed here as a stopover on the way to the Finger lakes which works well! Unfortunately the Little Falls downtown seems mostly closed and empty, so make sure to plan accordingly!

I mean all we can really say is WOW. My family loved this house. It’s super spacious and ALL of the finishes are so high quality. We felt like we were living in a Pinterest board and fittingly were taking pictures of some of our favorite furniture and ideas for our own homes. We had 6 adults and 7 children total in our party and had lots of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the water was very warm! All of the provided linens and towels just felt like you were staying at a fancy hotel. Soaps and shower materials were the same. Honestly there’s not enough good things we could say about this place and we would love to return when visiting family in the future!

We love Bianka’s place, both The Studio and the Sweet Pea Suite. Comfortable and cozy. Bianka is a great host. We look forward to staying there when in Little Falls.

After a long day driving with flooding and traffic jams in western New York.... I was hoping to find Monica's place clean and safe feeling so I could just go in and fall asleep. I was not disappointed! The bed smelled and felt fresh and clean. Everything was clean and neat. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. There are steep steps but it wasn't a problem for us. We all slept really well and woke up ready to finish the last leg of our journey. Lovely area. I wish we had more time to explore! My family and I would definitely stay here again.
