Monthly Rentals in Little Falls Township

The apartment was squeaky clean and everything worked well. It is very pleasing to the eye. The bed is very comfortable. The parking area is fenced and on property with striping and parking spot numbers. It is a basement apartment with little to no noise from above. The shelved walk-closet was a wonderful asset for packing and unpacking. WE HAD A GLITCH OF MY OWN MAKING AT 11 AT NIGHT . Mr. Omeilie responded instantaneously fixing the situation without so much as a whisper of complaint. Apparently, during renovation, he resized the entry steps to modern standards with lower steps and deeper platforms and added a real handrail. A great visit!

Harry & Alyssa were the perfect hosts of this extremely comfortable and modern apartment. They were friendly, proactive and helpful providing neighborhood tips and checking in regularly. We stayed for over a month and felt at home the whole time! Everything in the place is brand new, sparkling clean, comfortable and easy to use. The location is ideal - close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to public transportation. We would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to others!

We loved our stay! It’s in a great location- very walkable to nearby shops, and about a 20 minute drive to Met Life. The place was absolutely spotless and impeccably cleaned when we arrived. Highly recommended!
