Check-in is easy and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.

Welcome to our dreamy guest suite, complete with a huge private deck! This modern space is the perfect home base for your trip to ATL. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Bright, well lit, exec apt fit for work, family visits or film crews, ~1200 sq ft. A few blocks from Starbucks, Little 5 Points, Virginia Highlands, Freedom Park, Inman Quarter, The Beltline. Each direction you turn will find yourself in a different neighborhood full of bars, restaurants and shops. In Atlanta these are called terrace level apts which means walk out basement. Off street parking for 2 vehicles only, otherwise message host. Street parking available. Main level is my home.

Top-Floor Studio | Treetop View Luxe Bath

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.

Enjoy your stay in our 100-year old renovated Mini house immersed in historic Reynoldstown. Located one block from the Atlanta Beltline and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, parks, and more. It is the perfect place for you to relax and have fun at the same time. We have no doubt that you will love it as much as we do! Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed and parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. Thank you for understanding!
