Apartment holiday rentals in Little Italy, San Diego

Kaitlin was SO responsive! The space was in a really cute neighborhood with lots of fun things and restaurants within walkable distance. No loud neighbors or anything to distract from sleeping. The space was immaculate and had tons of extra towels, which was awesome. The bathroom had been renovated, and the shower was great. It was perfect for what we needed, and we are so appreciative of her hospitality!

Great host, everything in terms of shops and restaurants are nearby and I would definitely stay here again!

Overall an amazing stay at a place that has everything you need after a long day of exploring the city. Walking distance to some great restaurants and a quick Uber ride to various neighborhoods such as Gaslamp and Old Town. Fir was a great host with fast response times and for the price you pay - this is a great Airbnb :) we also got a rental car and found free street parking easily which made it very nice.

Such a great space. Really peaceful and stylish. The space was utilized well and very comfortable. The rooftop area is beautiful and such a great add. Hosts were communicative, friendly and diligent.

It was a beautiful place. It was actually better than what I actually thought very spacious clean and the host was very friendly and always responsive anytime I need anything. I recommend this place to anyone lots to do. Nice surroundings NFL and I felt safe.I will definitely stay there again

This place was in a great location for all of the things we wanted to do while in San Diego. Little Italy, Balboa park, and the bay were walking distance(30 min or less). Ubering to La Jolla, Ocean Beach, Barrio Logan, and Old Towne were all under $30. The room is a little crammed and there is not storage space for clothes aside from a 3 foot long bar equipped with hangers. However I think it is perfect for 1 person that is staying 3-5 days in San Diego that just needs comfy bed. The parking lot on the south side of the building is a little sketchy at night due to homeless setting up shop. I would advise parking in the street parking on the north side of the building. Overall, a good place for the price and location! Ed is super responsive and very friendly. Also, the decoration is a great touch!

This place right by Balboa park was perfect for my needs: easy access to public transit, fridge and microwave provided. Check-in instructions were a little late but provided the moment i arrived once I contacted the host. The room is small, but well appointed and in a great part of town. Highly recommend and hard to beat for the price. If you need the freezer contact them ahead of time as mine was frozen over and needed to be defrosted but it wasn’t needed this time so no stars removed. The building itself was well decorated and really cool.

Lovely place at a quiet end of town. Very clean and the kitchen and bathroom updates are super nice. John was responsive as well. Note, there is also a nice trail to walk nearby with a nice view of mission bay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in downtown San Diego! The place was nice, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing trip. It’s in a fantastic location within walking distance to both Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarter, which made exploring super easy. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. There’s also plenty of street parking available, which was a big plus. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Went to see the Dodger/Padre game. Place was in a good location, all amenities as described, little snacks and waters were available! Took my parents who enjoyed hanging out in the living watching movies! Very happy& impressed!

Great location for a couple of nights in SD. Walking distance to many restaurants. Place is over the airport flight path, but the double windows really does make a difference and I don’t remember being woken up at night by planes, even with the bathroom window open.

Very grateful to Vivian for the accommodation provided! It was very clean, cozy, convenient location. A small kitchen is very useful if you are traveling with small children. The owner is very friendly, always in touch and ready to help! The apartment fully corresponds to the description. We will definitely stay here again! 100% recommend)

We had a wonderful stay at Isaac’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Isaac was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect and made our trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Amador have really done a fabulous job make this apartment warm and beautiful. And they were so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The building, and location were first class. The view of the church out the living room window was a plus!

The location is great; Balboa Park is right across the street, great restaurants and a market extremely close, and an easy walk down to the waterfront. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Tucker was extremely accommodating and flexible with check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. I will say, however, that currently it’s not equipped for long stays, there is no cookware, although there are glasses and cutlery. Also, there is no independent lighting in either the living room or the bedroom; a couple of bedside lamps and a standing lamp in the living room would be great improvements. These issues didn’t take away from all the great features of the place, however, and I would absolutely recommend Tucker’s place for short term stays.

Super convenient location - just minutes from the beach!! And all of the beach gear you could think of (beach bag, beach towels/chairs, umbrella, beach games, etc.) was provided making our trip super easy :)

I'll say Yes! My family absolutely had a great time staying at Melissa’s place. A wonderful and cozy apartment, walkable environment with restaurants and short drive to everything you'll need including getting to the highway. We will definitely book this place again the next time we have need to visit San Diego. Thanks Mellissa.

This place was amazing, perfect for a couple on a getaway. The kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and being able to watch tv while laying in bed, most Airbnb rooms don’t have a tv, so that was a plus. Overall the privacy, going into the hot tub and having your own privaacy…10/10. Hosts were very responsive and gave a welcoming feeling.

I recently stayed at Hector's Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The communication with Hector was excellent; he was always quick to respond and very helpful. The space itself is beautiful, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find bathroom essentials provided, including body wash, shampoo, sunscreen, and even bath salts for a luxurious soak. It truly added a special touch to my stay. Additionally, street parking was easy to find, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend staying at Hector's place for a wonderful getaway.

Sean's place was exactly as he described, a perfect respite. Been coming to San Diego for years to visit family and hands down this place has the best parking options I have ever experienced in SD. Plenty of easy street parking within feet of the unit and up and down the short city block. A true rarity in SD, even had spots open on garbage day. Super quiet street and neighborhood too. We'll be back.
