Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Little Italy, San Diego

Jeff and Amador have really done a fabulous job make this apartment warm and beautiful. And they were so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The building, and location were first class. The view of the church out the living room window was a plus!

We enjoyed our stay here very much!Checking in was seamless as the instructions were very helpful. The photos look exactly like the place, it’s very clean, and you have everything you need to feel right at home- even parking. We did experience a noisy neighbor but the host responded immediately to address it and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. I would definitely book again! It was the perfect place for my little family.

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

*5/5 Stars!* I absolutely LOVED my stay at Josh’s ocean-view paradise in Little Italy! The location is absolute perfection - just a stroll to the best eats & treats, and a quick zip to the airport. The condo is immaculately clean & thoughtfully appointed, with sweet surprises like extra towels. And that view? Breathtaking doesn't even cover it! The sunset views from the balcony are pure magic. I felt like I was waking up in a dream every morning, with the sound of the waves gently rolling in. Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven Josh! Your attention to detail and welcoming vibe made my stay truly unforgettable. I will be planning another stay soon! I will definitely refer my friends and family who are looking for an amazing getaway and a piece of private paradise. The proximity to the water, restaurants, and shops made it not only convenient but maximized my short stay to the fullest!

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

We had a great stay! The view of Petco Park was spectacular. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

Host was proactive in communicating. Great location and easy check in and check out.

We had a great stay at Johnathan and Cindy's place. It felt like home for our almost two week stay. The kitchen was very well appointed with every cooking utensil you need, the bed very comfy, just everything you need. Our thoughtful hosts planned every detail, with little cute signs all over the appartment. We hope to be back, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Our stay was smooth and peaceful without any issues. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. The host is very responsive and willing to help. I would definitely be staying again when we visit San Diego.

It was great place with a full kitchen, which was very convenient. The location was great. Lots of restaurants around, 5 minutes from the beach front and etc. The only issue was that TVs in the room are outdated. It would be better to have a smart TV.

I was there for work and the location is very centrally located in downtown San Diego. It was very clean place.

The place is nice and clean. very homey and quiet. The neighborhood is ok but once inside the condo, it feels comfortable and nice.

Our leadership team had a great onsite meeting and stay. Chris & Michelle were flexible and responsive in all communications. The home is absolutely beautiful!

if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood somewhere to spend with your family perfect place me and my grandchildren play darts ping pong cornhole board games and watch movies we were definitely entertained I will definitely keep it in mind for next time thank you John

My friends and I had a great stay at Tim’s. He was extremely accommodating even when we asked if we could check in earlier. He would respond within the hour. The house was so pretty and the clean. The pool and jacuzzi were easy to use and clean as well. Def recommend coming here and I’d stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place!! It’s was spotless clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood (perfect for a family), and on top of it all, my kiddo loved the free snacks. The whole experience felt like a hotel, but obviously more spacious and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend!

Very beautiful house with many locations nearby to go hang out, the home itself was very cozy we would love to stay again

We had a great stay at Tina’s Place ! The location was ideal for getting around ! There was 11 people in our group ages 2-70 and we were very comfortable! We were able to walk to the beach ( about -10 minutes) as well as to restaurants, shops , bars, etc. the house was central enough to make a short drive to La Jolla, Coronado , Point Loma and of course downtown. In about 20 minutes. The beds were comfy and the backyard was spacious for kids to runaround ! We would definitely air bb again

Loved this place! It was very small inside the house but truthfully we spent all our time enjoying the beautiful backyard. Lizette was very accommodating and understanding about everything we asked for which is very appreciated. Would book here again.

The house is clean, spacious, and has great decorations. We find it comfortable to stay in Lawrence's house. The host was also very nice and called us to ask whether there was anything we needed to make our experience better. However, there are about 10 high stairs to the front entrance, which is not ideal for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or young children. It is not a big deal for us, but we do have a toddler, so we need to be extra careful to get in and out of the house. The kitchen would benefit from having an electric kettle, so getting hot drinks (tea, instant coffee) would be easier.
