Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Little Italy, San Diego

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

This apartment is very light and bright with lots of windows. It is clean and comfortable. It is in a great location near Petco Park and the Convention Center. I would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

This is my 3rd time staying at Park12 and I can confirm it is known for its city accessibility & scenic views - Alexis was able to accommodate my last minute request for a weekend stay (memorial weekend 😅) without sacrificing cleanliness 🧼 Highly recommend her listing 🙏 🔥

If you need to attend the convention center , Daniel’s place is a two minute walk. If you want to go to Petco stadium , it’s a two minute walk If you want to go to the Gas Light district it’s a two minute walk (You should sense a pattern) The train station is a short quick and safe 10 minute walk. Daniel was EXTREMELY attentive and proactive all week even though everything was perfect, my questions about where to go and local things were answered patiently and accurately. No problems and an easy stay for the entire week .

We had a wonderful stay… the bed and pillows were awesome and we slept well. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry if needed.

We had a great stay at Johnathan and Cindy's place. It felt like home for our almost two week stay. The kitchen was very well appointed with every cooking utensil you need, the bed very comfy, just everything you need. Our thoughtful hosts planned every detail, with little cute signs all over the appartment. We hope to be back, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Our stay was smooth and peaceful without any issues. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. The host is very responsive and willing to help. I would definitely be staying again when we visit San Diego.

It was great place with a full kitchen, which was very convenient. The location was great. Lots of restaurants around, 5 minutes from the beach front and etc. The only issue was that TVs in the room are outdated. It would be better to have a smart TV.

I stayed here for a show at the civic theater. Perfect walking distance for food “the taco stand” and Starbucks.

I was there for work and the location is very centrally located in downtown San Diego. It was very clean place.

The place was as described, comfortable, and it was quiet (in a loud neighborhood).

The place is nice and clean. very homey and quiet. The neighborhood is ok but once inside the condo, it feels comfortable and nice.

if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood somewhere to spend with your family perfect place me and my grandchildren play darts ping pong cornhole board games and watch movies we were definitely entertained I will definitely keep it in mind for next time thank you John

Sydney and Jack's home was the perfect place to celebrate a special family occasion. It is beautiful, clean and stocked with the right supplies. I had a letdown when I had to come home to my house :). They were so lovely to work with and were great communicators. We loved the location - especially for coffee and the beach!

We absolutely loved this place!! It’s was spotless clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood (perfect for a family), and on top of it all, my kiddo loved the free snacks. The whole experience felt like a hotel, but obviously more spacious and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend!

Amazing place and definitely would stay again! Central location, clean and cozy for a family of four and our kids basically lived in the pool and hot tub (supervised) when we weren’t out and about. Great host, felt like home and fully stocked kitchen.

We had a great stay at Tina’s Place ! The location was ideal for getting around ! There was 11 people in our group ages 2-70 and we were very comfortable! We were able to walk to the beach ( about -10 minutes) as well as to restaurants, shops , bars, etc. the house was central enough to make a short drive to La Jolla, Coronado , Point Loma and of course downtown. In about 20 minutes. The beds were comfy and the backyard was spacious for kids to runaround ! We would definitely air bb again

Loved this place! It was very small inside the house but truthfully we spent all our time enjoying the beautiful backyard. Lizette was very accommodating and understanding about everything we asked for which is very appreciated. Would book here again.
