Holiday rentals with a patio in Little Italy, San Diego

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

Christie’s AB&B was immaculate & comfortable. The garden and patio are lovely. We really appreciated use of the washer & dryer. An added plus was meeting Christie who is pleasant, helpful and friendly.

This spot was so cute! The location is in between all the fun spots, little Italy, sunset cliffs, downtown, mission beach. We went to the social bowl which was right down the street and such a fun time, Monday’s are happy hour $5 drinks! The rooftop at the bnb was nice too, especially being able to see the city lights at night. You can get street parking (wasn’t too hard to find a spot) for $1/hr from 8am-6pm or pay $20/day for their gated parking. Only thing I’d say wasn’t the best is the couch was super stained, so we just shared the bed which was fine. And the shower soap that is provided isn’t the best so just bring your own if that’s important to you! Outside there are some sketchy people who walk around but it kind of comes with being anywhere downtown. Nobody bothered us. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Awesome spot. Very quiet and closed to everything. 5 mins away from downtown, 15 mins away from beaches and groceries stores. The host is amazing. If you decide stay longer than several days there are a laundry room. I enjoyed my stay I’d book it again.

We had a great stay! The view of Petco Park was spectacular. We would definitely stay again.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

This was a great stay! The location good. In hindsight, I probably would have stayed closer to Gaslamp. But I was able to walk most of the trip during my stay downtown. And used the bus or Uber for the rest. The living space was comfortable and mostly quiet. Sandra was great at communicating and working with me on anything I needed. I would stay here again.

I am a San Diego local, but my family was coming to town and we needed more space. I picked this place because I knew my sister and brother-in-law would love being able to walk to all the restaurants and brewery nearby and my 6 year old nephew would get a lot of use out of the pool. The place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming or playing board games, and my Mom got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was comfortable and clean. The only downside is my family might visit too often now!

stayed two nights at Jess’s place and really loved the location and neighborhood—very quiet and beautiful. The Airbnb itself is cozy and nicely set up, perfect for couples or small families. It had everything we needed. Jess even provided a crib for my daughter, despite my last-minute request. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

I stayed here for the Rock n Roll Marathon and it was the best location for my family to be able to walk 2 min and greet me mid race. Loved the place and everything was close!

Loved this stay! Was looking for a short stay to take a lil journey of self reflection then saw Zina and Craig's listing. I hit em up, they welcomed me and once there it was indeed exactly what I sought. I love what they're doing, it's brilliant, I've never seen a 420 Karen to give a host grief and the hosts themselves are so welcoming! And the place is choked full of creature comforts, snacks, dishes, coffee, games and 420 themed books, it's clear they take pride in their rentals and care about their guests. I'll be back and I LIVE here in San Diego.

Daniel's San Diego home was an absolute dream come true for our family of six! It far surpassed all our expectations and stands out as our best Airbnb experience to date. The amenities were simply amazing – the game room, movie theater, pool, and spa provided endless fun and relaxation for everyone. Daniel was also incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. We genuinely hope to stay here again on our next visit to San Diego!

Absolutely incredible stay! I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—fresh towels, cozy bedding, and even some local recommendations that ended up being trip highlights. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still peaceful and private. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was easily one of the best. I never leave reviews but had to for this home. Truly the most wonderful experience! Stayed for my sister’s bachelorette, and the backyard was even more incredible than pictured!! Every guest wished we could extend our stay, and my sister and I are already talking about trying to return to this exact home for a future family vacation.

Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen - all you need for a perfect getaway. Close to airport and so many restaurants including Little Italy, Old Town, and University area. Will definitely stay again!

Carla was a very responsive host with great check-in and check-out instructions! There were a lot of restaurants and spots to check out around the area within walkable distance. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at Niloofar’s Airbnb and it was, again, a fantastic experience. It is a great location within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The Airbnb is clean, matches the photos exactly, and was the perfect base camp for a family of four. Niloofar was also extremely responsive; after an initial mixup she immediately made sure we had a pack n’ play for our son. Everything about our stay was great; we can’t say enough about this location and host—we hope to be back soon!!

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!

Stay was great. Perfect for a couple or small family. Central location to main attractions was a plus!

We enjoyed our 7 days stay at the location. It felt like home. Nice neighborhood and walk to the ocean. even we could see ocean from the balcony. Everything was nice and clean.
