Ofcourse, an open plan kitchen connects to the living room, so that you can easily get up and grab a cold one without missing a single moment of the X-factor! The bedrooms are also a couple of steps away, with the master bedroom located between the two twin single rooms. Access to all the amenities on site does require a day pass to be purchased upon arrival from the reception.

We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

The Cottage is located in the Suffolk Coastal and Heaths AONB in a rural coastal environment on the edge of Felixstowe. The Cottage has undergone full renovation to a very high standard and is light and airy, warm and snug. Light, bright outhouse conversion with private mostly dog proof garden, private entrance and dedicated off street parking. Ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. The Old Piggery is a 5 minute walk to the beach with incredible views looking onto the river Stour estuary. As a recent conversion it has a modern, open plan layout with large French windows in both the living area and each bedroom, filling the house with natural light.
