Holiday rentals with beach access in Livadi

We loved Sofia's place -- it has all the essentials and amazing views. Would recommend a car for getting there, and it's a good jumping off point for exploring the island. Don't miss out on the secluded swimming spot a 10 min walk down the trail by the bnb. Sofia is also a very responsive and friendly host.

Konstantinos and his wife were lovely hosts. Very friendly, they gave us all the recommendations needed to go around Sifnos. The apartment is beautiful and peacefully and Vathi was a great choice to stay in. we even get to see the year party of the church on the dock of the village! they let us beach towels as I had lost my suitcase on the way to Sifnos... in a nutshell, it was the best holidays ever! thank you Konstantinos!

Everything was amazing! 5 stars. Maria helped us to locate the place as Apple Maps didn’t quite get us there. She let us in earlier which was super kind. Her place was very clean and the view was amazing. The location is in the center of the beach and basically in the best place on sifnos. Hearing the waves every night was so peaceful. Even though there was so much action nearby, her specific spot was very very quiet. When we got there, there was some biscuits for us and also one day during our stay there was homemade cake. Thank you Maria!! If you need anything they will get it for you. Please note the beds were very firm. Also note the following: Grocery store is next door, offered many items for normal prices other than the sunscreen. You will want that before you get to the island. Hose bibs are nearby to clean off sand, you can also request a broom.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans le logement de Simos. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et surtout idéalement placé, à littéralement 30 m de la plage et 100 m de toutes les commodités (supérettes, restaurants). Et que dire du cadre, si ce n'est qu'il est magnifique. La baie de Vathi est vraiment un endroit charmant et paisible 😍

Place was as shown in the pictures. Clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom and enjoyed the rainfall shower head and kitchen was nice and also spacious. The linens and towels were clean. The balcony looks out to the beautiful view of the beach. Walkable distance to the beach and delicious restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Incredible view, dreamiest beach so close by, yummy taverna in walking distance right on the water. This end of the island is super quiet and it’s better if you have a car, atv or scooter to get around and see the sights. The room is lovely and clean and very very simple. It’s good to know that there’s a bunch of other apartments very close by and you can see and hear each other in the outside areas/balconies, for the privacy conscious :) If you plan to use the kitchen there is no chopping board, large knife, toaster, oil or coffee but we made do! The phone service and wifi aren’t great either but if you’re looking to switch off, stare at the amazing view and swim in the incredibly pristine beach this place is perfect. Unfortunately Barbara was away for our stay but special mention to her husband for the delicious coffee and treats, his warm smile and very cute doggie :)

Fantastic location. Walking distance from port restaurants and bus stop. Beautiful clean place. Stephanie was so helpful with recommendations and looking after us. Cannot sing her praises enough and would definitely recommend here and will certainly be coming back. Amazing place. Great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sifnos and our time spent at the apartment. We were sad the pool wasn’t ready but Georgia more than made up for that by making us absolutely delicious breakfasts from the 7 Seas kitchen ! The views were stunning and the Ocean access was amazing.

Our stay at Stamatis house was exceptional, thanks to the incredible hosts, Mrs. Koula and Mr. Kostas. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every morning, they brought us a delightful breakfast, and their care and attention made our stay truly special. The accommodation also featured a lovely backyard, which was perfect for our 1.5-year-old child to play and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is so beautiful it is hard to go somewhere else on the island. We already miss the house and wished we had booked it for a longer stay. Thank you Maria and Yanis.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο χωριό 15 λεπτά από το λιμάνι. Έχει κανείς την αίσθηση ότι ζει λιγάκι όπως κάποιος ένας ντόπιος, που είναι άλλωστε και το σλόγκαν του καταλύματος "live like a local". Φροντισμένο, καθαρό και λειτουργικό. Η Αγγελική μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκε και όλες οι επικοινωνίες ήταν άμεσες και εύκολες. Για την πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα μεσολαβεί ανάβαση 67 σκαλοπατιών, οπότε ταξιδέψτε ελαφριά. Αν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Σέριφο θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά, ευχαριστούμε πολύ Αγγελική.

Most amazing place with a heavenly view. The apartment was amazing and provided a authentic feeling of true Greek island living. Antonis and his family were fantastic hosts. Personal welcome, flexible with both early check-in and late check-out that suited our ferry schedule. Perfect location just a short walk from the ferry port and a great base for exploring the rest of Sifnos or simply just relax and enjoy the lovely views, surrounding and take a dive/swim from the cliffs just outside the apartment terrace. Love Sifnos and this apartment is fantastic. Great location and Anastasia was super helpful with helping to organise taxis and an additional clean. We had a problem with the door on arrival but she arranged for it to be fixed. Lovely place.

Our stay at this apartment in Sifnos was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless and beautifully maintained the space was. The panoramic sea views from the balcony were simply breathtaking — we spent every morning and evening soaking them in. The location couldn’t have been better; just a short, scenic walk to fantastic local restaurants, cafes, and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment felt peaceful and private. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every detail was taken care of, from helpful local tips to making sure we had everything we needed. This apartment is a true gem on Sifnos, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Greek island escape. A 10/10 experience in every way!

Das Haus ist in absoluter Traumlage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Perfekt, um den Morgenkaffee direkt am Wasser nach der morgendlichen Schwimmrunde zu genießen 🌊🔆 Es gibt ein paar Stufen zur Unterkunft hin (das Auto parkt man an der Straße oben). Die Ausstattung ist gut (inkl. Shampoo, Kaffeekapseln, Salz und Pfeffer, genügend Handtücher, etc.) Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei (im Wohnraum und im Schlafzimmer). Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter ☺️ Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zufuß erreichbar, genauso ein paar nette Restaurantes. George absolut traumhaft, ein sooo lieber, lustiger, zuvorkommender Mensch. Der tollste Host, den wir je auf unseren Reisen hatten. Er war immerzu via Nachrichten erreichbar, hat uns als Willkommensgeschenk eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht und sogar zum Abschied Geschenke besorgt und uns mit sehr warmen, authentischen Worten verabschiedet ❤️ Wir wollen uns für die schöne, entspannende Zeit im Haus bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt 🦋

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. It is a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and a couple of small grocery stores. The host was extremely helpful with any questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly and responded to us quickly. Would stay again for sure. Thank you Nikos. We had a great stay at Nikos apartment, I loved everything about it from the pristine, white spacious interior, to the quality sheets and towels and most importantly the aircon in every room which is a must in August. Nikos was a great host and was there immediately to answer any questions. Would recommend others to stay at Nikos’ place

This is an amazing place and we had a wonderful week! The view is incredible and we spent most of our time just relaxing on the terrace! The beds are comfortable, the shower is excellent and the kitchen is very well equipped. Iannis was super helpful and gave us lots of good recommendations for the island. We would come back!

Un lieu merveilleux, une petit appartement dans un immeuble et de l’autre côté de la rue la plage et la baie. Tout est là pour un séjour sans souci et Maria est quelqu’un de formidable de gentillesse et d’attention. Je ne parle malheureusement pas le grec et n’ai pu échanger longuement mais qu’importe Maria était toujours disponible avec sa formidable gentillesse. Merci beaucoup à Maria !

Very nice place in a wonderful and peaceful surrounding. Georgia even organized a lot of beach toys for our daughter and we felt right at home. Two restaurants and a supermarket are in the village and the beach right at your feet, Georgia on top is a very kind and friendly host!

This apartment has amazing views of the port. A ten minute walk along the beach takes you to Kamares’s superb choice of restaurants and bars. Sifnos is a true gem of an island and well worth exploring. We especially loved Faros and Vathy.

One of the best accomodation experiences I ever had!! The host was super nice, very friendly and eager to make us feel like home, give recommendations for the area and fulfill our requests. He warmly welcomed us and he had prepared a whole dossier with tips for our stay, restaurants and beach suggestions etc. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the port. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped. We really loved the place! Only problem was that although the bathroom was quite big, the shower was tiny and we could barely move in it. Otherwise we were fully pleased with our stay and we would definitely recommend choosing this apartment.
