Holiday rentals with a patio in Livadia

I have stayed here several times and would certainly recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay! The host is very responsive and responsible—he helped us check in at midnight, which we really appreciated. The room is spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and everything matches the description. We had a wonderful experience!

The apartment was exactly as described and very well appointed. It had all the standard inclusions, and a large balcony with views back over the city to the mountains. There was nothing in relation to the apartment that would need changing. There is a major problem with it though - the location. It is in a very rough part of Larnaca which at night was very unsafe. We were threatened twice, once with a knife. We another evening walked into a gang fight between balaclava wearing Cypriots fighting Sudanese. A further time we were surrounded by youth intimidating us. To be clear - the apartment is absolutely fine. The location unfortunately is terrible and unsafe.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Mazotos! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped - exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the large pool, which we almost always had to ourselves. It was cleaned once a week, which was basically sufficient, even if a slightly more frequent cleaning would be pleasant for longer stays. The location is wonderfully quiet – ideal for relaxing. A supermarket is nearby and the beach is also within easy reach. Without a car, however, it would have been difficult to get around, so we would definitely recommend renting one. From Mazotos, we could easily reach different cities such as Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia, which allowed for great day trips. All in all a very good Airbnb – we would come back!

Convenient and quiet location, close to the sea, friendly host. The appts were clean, but the furniture is quite old and because of this, one gets the impression that the room is not very clean. In general, we liked everything.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential complex, just 1 minute's walk from the beach. The house is beautiful, well maintained and furnished with love. There is nothing missing: quiet air conditioning, Tupperware, adapters, plenty of towels and even beach accessories such as loungers, umbrellas and diving goggles. Outside, there's a faucet and an entrance directly into the bathroom - super convenient after the beach. The airport is 10 minutes, supermarkets 10–15 min. away. Yes, you can hear planes - especially at the beginning - but it hardly bothers you, and over time we even found it nice. We were there at the end of May, almost alone in the complex - fantastically quiet. The bed was comfortable, and a topper was available on request. The beach is shallow, with few waves - ideal for swimming. And host Stavros? Warm, attentive, always available – and the full fridge on arrival was the icing on the cake. Pola is a perfect host, and we felt right at home upon our arrival in Cyprus! A 15 minute drive to the house from Larnaka Airport and we were settled in for relaxation😌. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, plus a handy outdoor shower for a quick post-beach rinse, and a private parking spot. A 3 minute walk straight to the coast gets you to a small staircase down to a quiet pebbly beach with beautiful clear waters and perfect temperature, especially in the morning since the wind tended to pick up a bit in the midday while we were there. Our favorite was to continue walking along the coast to the organized sandy beaches, namely Faros beach, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and has a bar for drinks and snacks. Very local and low-traffic, which was exactly what we were looking for! Take note that you would definitely need a car to visit Larnaka or for groceries, as there's only a small kiosk within walking distance!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Again everything was perfect, we will comeback! Perfect for family.

Honestly the perfect place to stay! It’s 2min away from the beach and everything you could need is walking distance away from the house. This was the first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in with good wifi! We were 3 people working from the home and the wifi was perfect for us and we could all work comfortably on it! I’d also say it’s a great home to stay at if you have kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Everything was very good!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. The place has been absolutely amazing, it has been exactly what you could wish for! The swimming pool is truly private and only for your own use. The area is peaceful and quiet but you can e.g. order all the groceries there and food from different restaurants. I worked remotely part of the time and the Wi-Fi was good for that. It is not really an apartment, but more like a villa in terms of all the amenities and privacy. I also felt really safe there. I would also like to praise the private backyard, which opens up to the swimming pool through the large glass doors via the terrace. Sun shines on it most of the day but you can also be in the shade on the terrace if you want. There's bottled drinking water, lots of towels, sunscreen etc. I'd come back anytime and would recommend it to everyone! Vera is a perfect host, she gives you all the information you need and is ready to help you at any time. She really wants you enjoy your time in there and is a kind and caring person.

Superb host... We had such a great time staying here! The house is super cozy and you can really feel the thought and care put into every detail. What made our stay extra special was how kind and attentive our host was—always there if we needed anything, and just a genuinely lovely person. A great stay. Been to Kiti many times and really enjoyed this stay as always. Great apartment and communication with the hoist was excellent. Check seemed to be earlier than usual at 10.00am and a bit later would of helped. All in all a great stay.

Very close to the center and Finikoudes . Sotiriya has everything in the house for washing dishes, washing , iron . Absolutely everything is there for a comfortable stay . Agrotis Supermarket 7 minutes , Metro 13 minutes walk . Large terrace . Sun-protected terrace . There is an elevator. A large set of dishes for baking and glasses for drinks . Linen is available . There are blankets and blankets to warm up on the balcony . Very good wi fi . The balcony is comfortable .
