Bela Apartment in the city centre.

The apartment was newly renovated in 2024. It is located on one of the most picturesque streets in the city centre full of restaurants and cafes. A few minutes walk to the food market, Dragon bridge, Prešeren square and other city attractions. In the case of the long-term rental, the expenses for heating, electricity, water, waste, and internet are charged separately. NOTE: city tourist tax is not included in the rental price (3.13 euros per person per night) and is paid in cash upon check-in.

You will love this stylish, light filled, two-bedroom apartment in a house built in 1900. The apartment is 70 m2. It is situated in residential area. 10 min walk to the central train and bus station and another 10- 15 min walk from there to the heart of old town. Public transport 2min walk from the property, free bike rental station 5 min away, grocery shop 2 min walk. There is a private garden, separated from house by a small gravel road at the back of the house . Free parking on property.

Pleasant bright home in the old town.

On the left side of the Ljubljanica river there is a magical alley, formerly called Ribiška street. There you can find our Home among roses, benches and trees, on top of the renovated house. An elevator takes us into the last floor where we enter an intimate bright apartment Kakadu ... with all the comfort you need. What makes it so special are peaceful mornings and subtle evening sounds of the streets ... and on the other side of our doorsteps everything is within reach.
