Estamos a 1-2 minutos a pie de la costanera del Lago Llanquihue donde hay excelentes locales de comida y 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad en vehículo. La locomoción colectiva se toma a 1 cuadra de la casa y de regreso pasa justo enfrente. La casa cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, living, comedor, cocina y 2 estacionamientos. La calefacción es a través de combustión lenta, la cual cuenta con leña y astillas para iniciar el fuego.

El alojamiento está dentro de mi casa Entrada independiente.. Consta de 3 habitaciones + estar con sofá y 2 baños. Nosotros vivimos en la casa, solo compartimos la cocina. Incluye servicio de té & café de cortesía. Cerca de la costanera, pero lejos del caos de ésta ya que está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila. Estacionamiento según disponibilidad en la calle antejardín. Felices de asesorarlos con datos de restaurantes, excursiones y eventos en el Teatro del Lago.
