We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has a modern, upscale vibe and offers absolute tranquility, with a stunning view overlooking the mountains. The location was just 20 minutes to Cangas de Onís and Ribadesella and about an hour to the Covadonga Lakes and the Ruta del Cares trail. The host was always very responsive and helpful, and we especially appreciated the electronic welcome book filled with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. Instructions for accessing the property were crystal clear, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the region while enjoying comfort, peace, and beautiful surroundings.

Recently renovated, comfortable and clean accommodation. Central and very well communicated. Commercial environment with daytime activity, quiet at night. Alba is very attentive and everything is easy, both check-in and when leaving the apartment. Quick to respond and friendly. We followed his recommendations to the letter and everything was perfect. As it is a pedestrian area, you can park nearby both on the quay and on the upper ring road. It does not have an elevator. Full linens. There is no dishwasher. For a family visit to Ribadesella, this apartment is highly recommended. Thank you for your kind.

The house was just perfect. In a green, peaceful location but at the same time close to the town of Ribadesella and a good base to explore west (Gijón, Oviedo), south (Cangas de Onis, Picos) and east (San Vicente, Comillas). We spent all our evenings outside. Juan Manuel was a great host, very responsive. He awaited us right on time at the designated meeting point. Although the last 100 metres of the entry way to the house seemed challenging at first, it was fine once we got used to it. If anything, it would have been good to have a dishwasher and a few more cups and glasses, but that is all really. It was really a great place to stay

A lovely apartment in a beautiful town. Isabel was a wonderful host, facilitating an earlier check-in and responding to messages very quickly. There were no issues with the appartment though I (incorrectly) thought one of the showers was broken. Isabel very kindly came round immediately to show us how it worked. Couldn't recommend the property and town highly enough!
