We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to have a chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves quietly, without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved to see the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, and there are certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a bed, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The host was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Everything was neatly clean and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. The surroundings are really beautiful: plenty of nature, tranquility and beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. Nice villages and sights can also be reached easily. In short, a perfect place for anyone looking for relaxation in a beautiful setting. We will definitely come back!

Wow, was the first reaction when we stopped and went inside. The house is super nice, cozy. It is much larger than it appears in the photos. Beautiful spacious well-kept garden. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

Very nice cottage tastefully decorate. The services are great 👌 Very responsive host with clear explanations. The accommodation is perfect for a romantic and relaxing moment. Very quiet. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Sauna, balneo bath, accessories available if you want to spice up your stay 😉 bed made on arrival and really comfortable, towels available .... Thank you for the bottle of sparkling 😉 Clean accommodation 👍 nothing to say! Good value for the money. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

We spent three nights at the property and we enjoyed it very much. You felt at home and it was very cozy with the large cooking/dining area and the huge living room with fireplace, which we also used. Location was quiet and idyllic. Nevertheless, you were quickly in the center of Diksmuide or in Ostend to shop or do something. The only thing we were missing were keys to lock the toilet doors. All in all, I would book the place again. Just cozy!

We stayed at the Manor for 4 days: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone found their place very quickly because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners or activity: jacuzzi, pétanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, fire pit and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! Bedding and sheets smell good , we sleep very, very well! The different lounges are super beautiful, the billiards and darts occupy the larger ones pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: optically, a return in time but technically: impeccable. Dishes in abundance, all the equipment is present and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François... a host cream, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!

We had a great weekend! The accommodation was very nice, convenient and well-equipped. The garden is really a plus with the dog. The accommodation is a 30-40 minute walk to the beach and the small restaurant recommended by the hosts is really great! The host's communication and instructions were perfect.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. We had the most peaceful and beautiful stay here and would recommend this to anyone who wants to be just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it. I don't suggest this lovely home if you have a toddler - we had to protect the baby from all the very steep ladders and stairs at all times, so that part was stressful. But aside from a baby who is walking but not yet ladder-safe, it's just perfect. Our 7 and 9 year old were absolutely fine and in fact just loved everything about Sibren's. Thank you so much for these special travel memories!

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.
