The room is located on the ground floor. Access is at the back of the house. Going up from the parking lot, two short flights of stairs then you will find the internal garden. The adjoining garden is pleasant and discreet, ensuring intimacy and freshness. The room is set up to prepare breakfast and meals, with a fridge, cooking hob and dishwasher.

The house (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas on a quiet sunny south slope directly above the Melezza & Isorno rivers; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the hillside location and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children aged 8 and over. Not suitable for disabled people.

The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

Qui tutto è a portata di mano: negozi, lago e il famoso “quai” di Ascona con ristoranti che si affacciano sulle Isole di Brissago. L’entrata è in comune con un piccolo due locali; al pian terreno un altro tre locali affittato con airbnb. È una casa che predilige ospiti che amano la tranquillità.

The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy.
