The house (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas on a quiet sunny south slope directly above the Melezza & Isorno rivers; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the hillside location and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children aged 8 and over. Not suitable for disabled people.

The apartments are located in Gordevio, at the entrance to the Maggia Valley. Picturesquely and quietly nestled right next to the idyllic little river Briee and below the Gordevio playground and sports field is the property built in 1969 in the Ticino style, which was completely modernized and newly furnished in 2018. We are pleased to be able to rent out the previously mainly privately used vacation apartment, studio rubino with 2 rooms and 40 m2 of living space.
