This house is a tribute to our dearest mother Ioanna who was born in this village and her wish was a house by the sea she so adored. It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. Enjoy its special vibe and location, amazing sea view, peaceful surrounding with no direct neighboors. Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

Undoubtably situated in the center of the most majestic, picturesque, fishing village in Messinia, Zoe's house marries tradition with minimality. The studio is equipped with everything that a guest may need for a comfortable stay for up to 3 people. After you enjoy your complimentary Espresso capsules in the morning, you are ready to walk merely 30 meters to enjoy your vitamin sea at one of the cleanest beaches in Greece! Everything here is made with love. passion and sophisticated taste, scented with greek aroma...the stone beds, the kitchen, the cosy couch, the family dinner table, the yard.... Everything calls a fairy tale to mind ... In this house only by closing your eyes, will you not be able to see the sea, but you can still hear it...its feeling is unavoidable... You wake up with the seagulls and you fill your soul with the picture of the sunrise at the Messenian gulf...Like a fairytale!

Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Summer Garden Studio - Greek village location

A charming self-contained, detached studio, complete with private walled garden, in the narrow streets of the traditional village of Charakopio, near Koroni. The perfect location for a couple, or a single traveler, looking for a relaxing break in the heart of an authentic Greek village. Only a short stroll to the bakery, several cafes, general stores, tavernas and bus stop. It's a 10 minute drive/25 minute walk to the closest beach and only 4.5km from Koroni.

The house is located in Chrani, Messinia, in a unique location next to the sea. It is 35 km away from the city of Kalamata and 26.6 km from the airport of Kalamata. It is located in an ideal spot for excursions to Koroni, Foinikounta, Methoni, Pylos, Gialova, Voidokilia and at a distance of 30.4 km from Ancient Messini. This is a house with direct access to the sea and is ideal for families and pets.

Kostas's Studio

A wonderful new made 1st level apartment with a nice view and a big veranda. Also there is sea view and the apartment is full equiped. This traditional apartment is only 1,5 km from the sea and nearby you can find coffee shop, food and ancient and byzantine places to visit. I am Kostas and i will do my best to feel the Greek hospitality.

Semeli’s house

Ένα μικρό βιοκλιματικό σπίτι, φτιαγμένο περισσότερα από εκατό χρόνια πριν, με τοίχους με μεγάλο πάχος, από λάσπη και άχυρα, ανακαινίστηκε και είναι έτοιμο να υποδεχθεί ανθρώπους που ζητούν απλότητα και ομορφιά, στο κέντρο του χωριού, μόλις πέντε λεπτά από τη θάλασσα.

Kasimiotis studio

Είναι ενας ήσυχος χωρος 40τμ και βρίσκεται 1,5 χλμ από τη θάλασσα. Στα 5μ.υπάρχει mini market, ATM 🏧 και στα 20μ. υπάρχει παραδοσιακός φούρνος. Διαθέτει βεράντα, κήπο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης.
